Go on a Game of Thrones tour
Take the ultimate Game of Thrones fan tour as you walk through King’s Landing, taking in the most famous sights along the way. Climb the Red Keep, go through the Farmer’s Market and visit Littlefinger’s Brothel while your knowledgeable guide reveals insider gossip about the show. Find out about the sets and actors, and reenact iconic scenes as you make your way on this unforgettable walking tour. Whether you choose the basic or extended tour, remember to wear good walking shoes and bring plenty of water.
Starting at Pile Gate in the old city walls, you’ll see Lovrijenac Fort, the backdrop for Blackwater Bay, along with the House of the Undying and the Spice King’s Palace, visited by Daenerys Targaryen in season two. Using stills from the series, your guide will demonstrate exactly where different scenes were filmed, bringing the fictional world to life right in front of you. In Kolorina harbour you'll look out to sea just like Sansa, before ending your tour along Cersei’s Walk of Shame.
If you can, it’s worth upgrading your tour to include a visit to Trsteno Arboretum, the backdrop for the King’s Landing garden scenes. You’ll take a bus northwest of the city and walk through the exotic gardens, looking at the beautiful plants and architecture before returning to Dubrovnik to finish your tour. If you’re lucky, your guide may have been an extra on the show, so make sure you ask lots of questions as you go from sight to sight on this brilliant walking tour.
