The weather in Troulos in August can get very hot. It's in the middle of the resort's summer time, so it'll be every warm and sunny, with very little chance of rain. If you're looking forward to nothing more than soaking up the glorious Greek sun, then this is the perfect time to make the most of Troulos' beautiful beach.Geographical influences
The small village of Troulos is located on the Greek island of Skiathos' southern coast. The island is one of the Sporades and it has your usual Mediterranean climate, with hot summers and mild, wet winters. Troulos is popular for its beach, which is one of over 60 on the small island. Skiathos is just seven miles long and four miles wide.Averages
The Troulos weather in August is pretty much guaranteed to be hot and sunny. The resort has an average temperature of 28˚C throughout the month, but it can quite often creep up into the 30s (˚C) too. Things stay warm into the evening, with an average night time temperature of 24˚C, so you should be able to leave your jackets at home. The sun shines, on average, for 12 hours a day in August and the sea is perfect for swimming in, with an average water temperature of 25˚C. There’s very little chance of rain in Troulos in August; only around 6mm across the month.
