What’s the weather like in Mexico in March?
With a Caribbean east coast and North Pacific west coast, there’s different weather around Mexico. Large parts of the country have tropical weather with high temperatures all year round. This includes the Yucatán Peninsula, which is home to some of Mexico’s best holiday destinations. The peninsula splits the Caribbean Sea from the Gulf of Mexico, and is where you’ll find popular Cancún and Playa del Carmen. You’ll get lots of hot and sunny weather if you’re going in March, which is also the driest month of the year.

The temperature stays nice and warm in the evenings, which cool to 19ºC, so you won’t need much more than shorts and t-shirts and maybe a light jumper.
