Unlike many other travel companies we operate on a trust account model. Once we’ve paid the airline for your flights, the rest of your money is held in a trust account. We do not have access to this directly and can only withdraw funds when you are back home from holiday
All of our holidays that include flights are protected by the ATOL scheme from the moment you book. So if one of our suppliers fails, you’ll get your money back. If you’re left stranded abroad, a flight home will be arranged at no extra cost. Our ATOL number is 11806

Riviera Maya is a stunning resort in Mexico. It’s known for its warm, sunny weather and white sandy beaches that stretch along the eastern coast of the Yucatan Peninsula. Spring is considered the best time to visit Riviera Maya because it’s warm and sunny with just a few showers. The monthly average rainfall is around 30mm over two or three days per month. Temperatures have increased since winter, rising to 25°C in March and 26°C in April. The wet season is from May to November with an average temperature of 26°C. It’s the best time to go to Riviera Maya for swimming because the sea has warmed up to 29°C, which is ideal for swimming and water sports. Rainfall is common throughout the summer months, so make sure to pack an umbrella to deal with the rain. Winter is one of the driest seasons with not much rainfall and very warm temperatures ranging from 21°C to 29°C.
