The worst hotel ever ! They refuse to turn on the A/c and we are staying with our baby who is feeling the heat and crying + room service was very poor the literally just changed the garbage bags they didn't change the bed sheets or tidy up anything else ! They charge a big amount of money for a very poor service and everything seems old+ windows are closed . And now they told us the hotel will be full tomorrow although we have a room already !! They are just kicking us out poor staff +poor service , Wifi very bad Rude staff ( reception team ) they should be with out star

NEVER BOOK THIS HOTEL The worst hotel ever ! They refuse to turn on the A/c and we are staying with our baby who is feeling the heat and crying + room service was very poor the literally just changed the garbage bags they didn't change the bed sheets or tidy up anything else ! The WiFi is horrible! Rooms are not clean , when we enter the room the floor was very dirty and also there was a boarding pass ticket from the person before us - They charge a big amount of money for a very poor service and everything seems old+ windows are closed . And now they told us the hotel will be full tomorrow although we have a room already !! They are just kicking us out because we are constantly complaining! poor staff +poor service

The room was clean and good sized. The staff was helpful. The breakfast was good. Good location. Easy to get taxi and tram and walk. There was a weekday market across the street. Close to ATMs. Lots of coffee shops and cafes in the area.
