I have very good experienced with Yousuf on reception and ashkan on guest services manager . They both were really helpful and polite. I am hoping to visit that hotel again. Breakfast was delicious. Room was really and specious.

Don’t stay here my wallet was stolen

The worst hotel I’ve ever visited. We made a reservation for 9 nights but after 5 nights we ran ! I didn’t get even my refund we booked 2 room 1650£ went on air but we didn’t care we just wanted to be as far as away from this hotel poor service, terrible service, located above a cemetery, there is a dogs live in the crave yard whole night are bulking, my wallet was stolen, in the morning I went to my sisters room after one hour I returned to my room my wallets was not there immediately I went to reception and asked them if anyone been in my room as my wallet is missing they went to look at the cctv and said no one has been in ur room, then I asked them please check lost and found as I had it last night please check then they said we checked every where no wallets then I said I need to check cctv, they answered me you are not allowed, then i decided to call Police and police arrived within 10 mins and I demanded to see CCTV, police also was saying to me the securities they can’t lie to you, if they said no one has been to your room they are telling the truth then I said it’s okay but I want to see the CCTV by myself, then I was told I would need go to the police to write a statement to get warrants to come back to watch CCTV then I said that is okay let’s go to the police station, the the police man went to bring police car as then we went outside got into the car as we were leaving the hotel the security guard came running saying we found it I was in the car I didn’t understand what they were saying the police man said they found your wallet, they said I left in the lobby last night about 11pm, I didn’t want to ask them if I left in the lobby last night why they didn’t bring it to me and I’m their main guess until next day 3 pm my bank cards my driving license was in there with my name and I’m the one who booked the hotel they could have checked into the computer luckily I said to them that there were 200 dollars and I don’t know how much Turkish money was left so got the 200 dollar but half of liras was gone, we left immediately and went to stay at raddison hotel in varda for 3 nights and they refused to give us our money back for the rest of 3 nights

My family and I stayed at the hotel during the December holidays. The hotel is clean, comfortable and has good amenities however the location and staff were not great. The staff don't know how to speak English so communication is a big problem. The hotel is situated far from most tourist attractions. The breakfast variety was very limited and there is no names placed next to the food so you don't know what's been served.
