Worst place ever dirty,smelly, run down, staff need alot of training as haven't got a clue what there doing and very very rude as for the food you wouldn't feed it to a stray dog the pictures on there web site are from about 30 years old as the place is nothing like the pictures pool is dirty and run down the slides don't work and haven't for years biggest health hazard I have ever seen

Not going to lie- not the best hotel by any means- and the first room they put us in- I actually cried ( this is down to love holidays) - Omrish the manager was brilliant, and our first week, because he could see i was so distressed - he moved us to another block in a much better room, and for our last week, as they were starting renovations, moved us into a beautiful 5th floor with brilliant views - all the staff could not be more friendly and helpful- and very hard working - Food was not great- ate out most days- but you always take a risk with all inclusive in Turkey - I read a review where someone said the pools were never cleaned - but i watched them at 1.30 in the morning cleaning the pool most days - at the end of the day you get what you pay for and if your unhappy they are willing to do everything they can to help - Great staff with great attitudes - I would stay again - and i am fussy as anything - Great location too

filthy disgusting and shabby I stayed here for a week, and this has to be the worst hotel I have ever stayed in Don't book this dump with love holidays as they have been told not to send British holidaymakers here In fact, do not book anywhere with love holidays
