Situated to the rear of the small town and resort of Hisaronu with a pine forest backdrop and only a five minute walk into the centre, this luxury hotel is ideally located for enjoying Hisaronu's many souvenir shops, restaurants and lively nightlife whilst also being only a ten minute ride with the hotel's shuttle service to a private beach next to the famous lagoon at Oludeniz. Featuring plenty of space and a tropical garden, guests can benefit from the property's large outdoor pool and sun terrace for catching the sun's rays or enjoy a refreshing cocktail at the poolside bar. For more relaxation, an on-site Turkish bath and sauna should not be missed while the more energetic can work out in the gym or join in a game of table tennis or billiards.

Lovely staff, great location.

I stayed here with my husband for a week in July after booking last minute. After flying a day late (TUI Issue) we arrived at the hotel around 5/6am. Check in was quick and we were taken to our room which was the furthest block from the main building. This is where our only issues were, although the room was clean the smell was awful and it smelt like drains. I'm not sure if this is due to the what looked like a dirty stream behind the hotel or not. Also the shower didn't drain fast enough and by the end of your shower it was nearly full at the bottom. Also the WiFi did not work in the room at all, I'm not sure if that's just because our room was furthest away from the main reception or not. Other than this the hotel was lovely, very comfortable sun loungers and a brilliant pool bar. All the staff here were brilliant in all sections of the hotel. The food options were pretty basic and we did eat out a few times due to not liking what was on the menu, but that's personal preference. The hotel is in a perfect location just a 5 minute walk from the centre so it is quiet but close to the hustle and bustle. I would probably not stay here again just as I like to try different hotels but all in all we had a lovely holiday.

Excellent hotel, great position and tremendous staff

Fantastic ,friendly hotel! We stayed here for 10 days and the hotel has a really chilled and relaxing atmosphere, food is very good and varied, deserts are ok but soups and main meals are plentiful and tasty! Rooms were good, spacious, hard beds, bathrooms and showers were very good! Finally the staff are amazing and so friendly, nothing is too much trouble and you are always greeted with a smile and a nice word!

Not perfect - but perfect for us

If you’re looking for a perfect all inclusive then this is probably not it. However, it was perfect for us. We loved the relaxed atmosphere of the hotel. Tend to get mostly older guests and many repeat visitors. Everyone is friendly and there’s always someone to chat to and get some recommendations from. The meals are perfect for me. Especially loved the extensive salad bar and the fresh grilled food. The rooms are comfortable with fresh bath towels daily, a small tv and a couple of English language channels - which was handy for watching BBC news as the British government imploded this week! The shower was always hot and the kettle and fridge were useful. The staff, without exception, are all friendly, helpful and pleasant. I felt I could ask for anything and they would do their best to help. 3pm ice cream always felt like a treat. Wouldn’t have felt such a treat if it was available all day. The things I didn’t like so much are the rooms were not as clean as I expected. Had to clean the room myself on arrival. The floor in particular, it only took a quick run over with a few wet wipes but it was filthy. Also had to remove some of the bedding that smelled clean but was stained, this was changed the next day. We had to ask for a bedding change after a week as it wasn’t changed every 3 days as stated. Tried asking again 3 days before the end of the holiday but didn’t get done. The smell at the bottom end of hotel can be horrendous at times. Didn’t work out what it was and didn’t really want to know. Thankfully it didn’t reach the restaurant area. We were in block 3 which was Furthest away from the main hotel. Quite liked the location but not the smell. Quite a bit was closed eg indoor pool, gym, bar in reception. Overall we really enjoyed it and as I’ve said it wasn’t perfect but it was perfect for us. We’ll definitely be back and we’ll be more assertive about getting the bed changed more often.
