Lovely stay
On our last day at this hotel. Had a peaceful stay. Very clean rooms and pool area. Basic accomodation with everything you need. Turkish breakfast provides a light start to the day. The owner Mr Yavuz and Cesare are very pleasant and helpful. Not sure why people are negative . You can’t bring stuff in from outside because the chap has to make a living. If the bar didn’t exist people would be complaining. We enjoyed our stay and would return.
Basic, dated and rude owner.
First, the good points; Ceaser, the exceptionally hard working young man, always smiling, nothing too much trouble for him, a real asset to the hotel. The grounds are well maintained and look good, pool area very clean, beds but no brollys. Now, the rest. Cameras absolutely everywhere, even overlooking the pool. Warning signs all over not to bring food in to the hotel at all even though their kitchen closes at 5pm. The owner pulled us one night and 'told us off' telling us food and drink prohibited in the rooms unless bought at the hotel. No food after 5pm and they only sell water and crisps! Not great for those with special dietary requirements. Breakfast was awful. Barely any choice and the fruit sliced so thin it was unbelievable. No toaster and no hot options as we have had elsewhere in Turkey. The room... Cleaned every day but the rooms are very dated and basic. We don't mind basic but this was beyond basic. Barely any storage space so I had to leave my clothes in the case for a fortnight. Air conditioning very poor and dirty. Ours worked but only just. Finally, the owner. The rudest manager we have ever encountered in Turkey, quite literally a disciplinarian, makes you feel like a naughty child, barely acknowledges people. My partner uses two crutches but on some days is ok to use one - the owner questioned this in a rude manner. I'm afraid we won't be back. This is not a rant but a true reflection of our stay. Oh, be wary of the spiral staircase, it's lethal!
Lovely staff and beautiful grounds
We had a lovely stay at yavus Hotel. Tyfun and caeser where both lovely and couldn't do enough to help. They went out of their way to be helpful. They had a child pool. And one for the adults. The breakfast had a good choice . The grounds were beautiful. It was not a long walk from dalyan Town. I would definitely stay again. It was a very relaxing atmosphere.
