This complex is located right on the main street and only around 300 m from the centre of Dalyan, as well as around 10 km from the public beach. Dalaman airport is located around 26 km from the hotel. Opened in 2005, this property features a garden with a terrace and comprises a total of 12 apartments. Spent an amazing two weeks at Minta apartments we had a top floor apartment with the most amazing mountain views the room was very clean spacious with everything you need when you wanted your room clean Ali’s wife made sure it was seen to straight away. The site it’s self is very well looked after the pool is spotless and cleaned daily with plenty of sun beds it is very peaceful spending your day around the pool definitely one of the most relaxing hoildays we have been on. Ali’s wife is an amazing cook highly recommend there food very reasonable price too. It is a great location 10 mins in to the town Center 5 mins to the local supermarket and 5 minutes walk a really good Saturday market which caters to all your needs Ali and he’s family made us feel apart of the family they go above an beyond for all there guests an work extremely hard to please everyone we are returning next year to spend a few days with Ali an family again before spending two weeks in Ali’s villas which he kindly took us to see while we was there an are absolutely stunning definitely will be returning to Minta apartments aswell for many years to come thanks you Ali an I can’t forget Ali’s daughter who we all fell in love with can’t wait to see my princess on our return Xxx if your visiting Dalyan I highly recommend a stay at Minta apartments

This complex has superb family facilities air, con, pool, sun terrace and beds. Tha Minta apartments are no more than a10 minute walk to Dalyan centre, with its various bars restaurants cafes and shops. Ali and his family are experienced hosts who provide help when needed, including a food menus and the opportunity to purchase drinks at reasonable prices.

Holiday booked at very short notice bur Ali very helpful. Apartment very clean, spacious and aircon in bedroom. Good food selection of snacks or main meals available if you want to eat in. Suns beds available round pool. Town centre less than one mile away. Got lost once coming home from market. Locals found me, telephoned Ali and he came to pick me up. Nothing too difficult for him. Ably supported by his lovely wife Sadie (Shadee?). An excellent break for me and my wife and would come again and recommend to others.
