Please. Please do not book this hotel its a total dump. Its dirty. No aircon in rooms no fridges, cold water in shower very poor state of repair. Taking legal action against Thomas Cook as had to check out and move to a better hotel and Thomas Cook dont believe us.

I'd like to start off by saying this. I have never ever walked out of a hotel/hostel booking in my life. Until I crossed paths with this dive! It felt like a cross between rehabilitation housing and a prison. Only both would have been cleaner. Just avoid.

NOT A 3 STAR HOTEL!!!!

Due to our Easy Jet flight being cancelled, we were taken to this hotel at 2:30am. Although the staff are very friendly, this is definitely not a 3 star hotel at all. A 1 star at most. The bathroom sink was leaking so much, we had to use 5 towels to avoid our children slipping on the tiles. The air con didn’t work and as for the pool, there was no filter systems and was therefore stagnant and smelt like urine. The bed linen was clean but the beds were dreadful and my 10 yr old had to sleep in our bed with us as her single fold out sofa chair was tiny and uneven. The breakfast and coffee were extremely unpleasant. 100 TL for a small bottle of water really is extortionate. I’m completely shocked at the reviews on here where people mention this is there 6th/10th visit etc. it’s extremely budget. Such a shame as it could be really beautiful. Avoid staying here
