I went to this hotel in Sept 2018 ( no option to select this) nice and clean, friendly staff, good location, just breakfast was the same everyday with no variation thats the reason i gave 4 stars but otherwise nice hotel

but there's no air con in the room, need to keep the window open all night but the aircraft take off and landing noise can be a real pain especially you cannot keep the window shut at night! most room come with a balcony, this is real extraordinary!

I Booked my stay with IHG. After many tries I failed to complete the reservation on their app. Then we did the reservation for two adults for double bid for 64.99 euros. When I got to the hotel the employee mr. Ugur wanted to charge me 23 euros extra for second person. I told him I shouldn’t pay extra when I did my reservation for two beds and two people. He showed me that his system shows otherwise. I proved to him there is a problem with IHG system and when I booked for a third time on my phone the system showed 81 euros 7 euros less than what he wanted to charge me. Mr. Ugur called his manager and they both insisted this is a problem of IHG and that I have to contact IHG Directly and holiday INN Is not responsible for this. Wait… but IHG is owner of this Holiday INN brand. The staff don’t care. I waisted close to one hour and I paid what they wanted to get my keys and go to my room at 1:15am. No customer service and NO manners. If it wasn’t past midnight I wouldn’t have stayed in this hotel.
