Best Holiday Ever

We are on our last day at the Delphin Diva Hotel in Antalya and all we can say is wow. We stayed in Room 1855 which is a duplex room. This hotel and staff are second to none! They cannot do enough for you and you don’t even have to get out of your sun bed to get a drink as the skate team comes round every few minutes. All the staff are so friendly from the reception team, bar staff, restaurant staff and the maids, nothing is too much trouble and you are always greeted with a beaming smile. We have been asked several times during our stay if they was anything they could improve but we honestly couldn’t think of anything! The food is on another level, so much choice and it all tastes so good! We will miss you Delphin Diva and we will be back but will keep you in our hearts forever. The Tennyson Family

Amazing Hotel, Great Service

We came to the Delphin Diva Hotel, which is only 10-15 min taxi ride from Antalya Airport for 8 days from 20th Oct to 28th Oct. Check in was smooth and fine and was greeted with a huge welcome. The hotel room we had was a duplex room, with an upstairs, which consisted of 2 double beds bathroom and balcony. Upstairs had 1 double bed amd bathroom, the room was perfect for our daughter upstairs, who has autism and finds it difficult to use the same room. There are 2 large outdoor pools, one is heated. There is also an indoor pool, with Jacuzzi. There are also water slides to go on as well. Pool towels are free and you exchange them with the cards you get given at reception. The pools have waiters on skates who will bring you drinks all day long. You also get an ice cream bike come around as well at certain times. Good branded Walls ice creams on offer, including Cornettos and Oreo ice creams. The hotel leads out onto its own private beach area, with plenty of sun beds. A pier is met if you walk further where you can get drinks on it, again all waiter service. You do not see people queuing at the bar at all. Food restaurants are plentiful, a main buffet restaurant in the hotel. Within the hotel grounds you can find other snack restaurants, a doner kebab food area, waffle area, pasta area and a fresh pizza making area. There are also 6 or 7 Al la carte restaurants in which you can book 1 restaurant per stay. You can hire a gazebo at cost on the beach area. The hotel has nightly entertainment outside in the amphitheatre and kids mini club. This is a fantastic hotel and the staff cannot do enough for you. All the staff work hard all day, making sure you are satisfied. The hotel is cleaned all day long in all areas I would like to mention Sema on reception desk, who went above and beyond to assist us when we first checked in, due to a room issue that our agent i booked through put us in the wrong room. Sema worked with us the next day to assist in getting this resolved and eventually the agent made contact with the hotel and our correct room was assigned to us. You cannot go wrong with this hotel, we certainly want to come back to this hotel..

Perfect vacation

I stayed with my friend on September 6th -16.09.2022. room number 1120 (Bulatovic/Grujic). This is my 3rd time to visit this hotel, and it always new surprise how they elevate their service. everything was perfect, wonderful- in one word amazing. Room was spacious, clean, all amenity they offer. Beach very clean , we use summer house which was delightful, just like a dream. Food was special story for it self, taste was like you are in the best restaurant, service, presentation. Staff was very professional especially waitress Melisa who was very energetic, worth, good english speaking, also Cetin form skate team, main restaurant manager Ogur, and guest relation manager Abdulah Tat. You must visit this hotel and then you know what I am talking about. until next time -love Turkey
