Nice hotel but don’t stay too long

Don’t stay too long in this hotel. Animation is nice and whole day activities but everyday the same schedule. The only thing thats different in one week are the livemusic/shows. Most of the food is like the same type every day, you’ve seen it in one week. Wifi in the rooms is perfect, even streaming media is possible over this connection! In the hotel is a spa, the promise you special treatment for a lot of money, but what you get is a standard program and when finished they let you book for the specials again. Special thanks for Özcan behind the bar! He’s working very hard and serving drinks at the tables real quick and always with a big smile. Instead of the “managers” who are standing on every bar and kitchen corner talking with each other and showing authority. I had to wait for minutes to order a beer, they saw me and didn’t think about serving me… thats realy sad because managers and employees are a team together and have to create an amazing experience for the guests. A la cart restaurants were fully booked in the first 2 days and the other days they were closed, it feels like a joke to us. Some employees at the reception don’t speak english. We had a nice week but happy to go home.

This hotel has a very beautiful view and the workers are very nice to others.The food is the best here and alot of fun activities.The water slides are very fun and colourful and the drinks were very delicious.

We couldn’t fault our experience with this hotel. It’s has 5 stars and deserves them in every way. Top quality food and drinks everyday at many locations. Fantastic entertainment both in the evening shows and the daytime sports and games. (Nazmi in particular was excellent our whole holiday. Made us feel welcome, very informative and funny) it is a beautiful hotel inside and out. Very tidy and clean. We are very sad to leave but will definitely be returning as soon as possible. Top marks
