Sherwood Dreams Resort is a family-friendly hotel near the popular Turkish Riviera on the country's southern Mediterranean coastline. This All Inclusive resort is steps from its own section of private beach where you can soak up the sunshine, take part in sports or find a place to lounge on the wooden pier that sits just above the water. The luxurious hotel is decorated with a contemporary style that combines polished floors, modern furniture and statement lights. Outside, the hotel has a spacious sun terrace and pool area with two main pools, one with an integrated section for kids, and two kids' pools which have their own waterslides. The hotel also has a collection of bigger waterslides for kids of all ages. As well as taking a dip outside, you can escape from the sun for a while in the indoor pool, found in the hotel's spa area. Here, there are also cushioned daybeds to relax on. If you're feeling active, you can visit the hotel's gym or take part in activities offered on the beach. You can get your adrenaline rushing with a ride on a jet ski over the sea. During your stay at the hotel, you can visit eight different bars for a selection of drinks throughout the day and evening. When it comes to dining, Sherwood Dreams Resort has three restaurants to choose from, one buffet option and two ala carte alternatives that serve a menu of international cuisine.
The hotel's private beach is 200m from the resort, so you can easily go from the pool to the sea. This long stretch of sand is known as one of the finest beaches in the country and is a favourite with families as it's been awarded Blue Flag status and has gently sloping shores into the water. The beach is also popular with native loggerhead turtles who return to nest each year. Away from the beach you'll find several championship golf courses, including Cornelia Golf Club, 12.8km away from the hotel, and Carya Golf Club, which is 16km away. These give players views of the sea and a backdrop of the Taurus Mountains. Outside the resort, you can drive 45.4km to an 18m waterfall surrounded by a 2km canyon, smaller falls and two lakes with tortoises and fish. Antalya is also nearby, where you can wander the streets of the old town, visit designer boutiques and dine in local restaurants.
At the hotel, breakfast, lunch and dinner are provided in the main buffet restaurant where you can choose from a selection of Mediterranean dishes. There are also two ala carte restaurants, which specialise in Italian and international cuisine and are open six days per week.
From Apr-Oct, the hotel provides daily entertainment. During this season, there's also a kids' club where children ages 5-12 can make friends and have fun.

Not up to 5* rating
I wrote a complex review on this hotel before. The staff are good and helpful but the hotel is not up to 5 * I would rate at 3+, it is tired and needs a lot of work so I was disappointed with TUI rating of the hotel as wanted luxury
A TRUE HOLIDAY FROM HELL!!!
This holiday was beyond awful. I booked this holiday for an anniversary surprise for my partner. From the photos and reviews the hotel looked perfect. Sadly this was not the case for us! On our first night we were trying to sleep when we heard water coming from somewhere. We turned on the lights and was horrified to find water coming from ceiling through lights! We immediately jumped up and tried to call reception. The phone fell apart in my hand and the cable broke. So we rushed to reception in our pyjamas. The response from reception was “ok we send someone”. 10 minutes later an engineer came. A bucket load of water fell out of the ceiling. He took all our towels, opened up the vent near the light and put towels in. There was clearly no concern for health and safety. He then left and didn’t return. We decided we couldn't to stay in such an unsafe room and returned to reception with all our belongings. The receptionist didn’t want to listen to our complaint, she just said “here’s another room which is the same”. She was very rude. We then had to lug 3 cases up 4 flights of stairs in pyjamas in front of all the guests to get to our new room. At no time we’re we offered any help with our luggage by the hotel. The following day we then decided to use our “whirlpool bath” which I paid £250 extra for…. After one bath it broke. We couldn’t drain the bath properly as the plug jammed leaving some stagnant water in the bath. Unbelievably the maids did not attempted to clean or empty this for 2 days! Food was an issue too, cold uncovered dishes, poor hygiene, flies everywhere, cats on tables!!! Despite trying to be careful what we ate we started to get bad stomachs and frequent visits to the toilets. Again we tried to complain to reception and got nowhere so we called TUI who said “we can move you to a new hotel but it will be 2-3 days + additional costs! So 2 days in to a 7 day holiday this meant continued suffering where we were for a further 2-3 days and then only leaving us with 2-3 days in a new hotel that would have cost money we didn’t have! This didn't seem like a reasonable option so we thought we would try to make the most of having sunny weather and a pool. But things got worse. We hadn’t eaten properly for the previous few nights so we booked the Italian A La Carte hoping it would be better. When we arrived we seated and given menus and told here’s your cold starters. Not only were they already on the table for god knows how long but they were not covered and had flies round them. Immediately we were put off and didn’t eat this. Instead we ordered pasta for starters and it came raw and cold. Again we couldn't eat this and it was taken away. Our mains arrived and with my first mouthful of chicken I heaved as it didn't taste right and then I noticed it was not properly cooked! I started to feel sick at this point and left a meal without finishing. When we got back to the room I was poorly for hours throughout the night and in to the following day. We decided enough was enough and called TUI. It took 3 attempts and being on hold for 2 hours before we got to speak to someone. Whilst trying to book the flight home the phone cut off and no one from TUI attempted to call us back! We called again and finally managed to speak to someone who helped and arranged flights home but we had to pay an additional £120 plus £50 to get to the airport ourselves as no TUI rep had been coming to the hotel. Hotel guest relations said the TUI rep was not reliable and had not been showing up. This was the most stressful, horrific and disgusting experience and CANNOT be described as a holiday. After reading this review we hope no one else has to go through what we experienced. We paid over £2000 for 4 horrific nights, additional costs to get home and with 3 of the 4 TUI staff we spoke to be totally unhelpful. We felt alone in a strange country with little or no support from TUI. 4 months on and still waiting to here from TUI despite completing their online forms. Can’t get through to them by phone and they don’t respond to emails and messages. How can TUI UK continue to treat customers like this and get away with it?
