I visited this hotel in 2016. I was very satisfied here. When I was deciding where to go to Turkey this year, it was my first choice. But after reading the reviews from the last time, I started to hesitate. However, I decided on this hotel anyway. I think I did well and I don't regret it. The worst criticism here was the food. Thus, according to critics, the selection was small and monotonous. Yes. A selection of 5-6 (maybe more) hot main courses...beef, chicken, minced meat in various preparations, grilled or boiled fish, 5 or more side dishes (rice, bulgur, fries, pasta, stewed vegetables, pita... more various mixed salads, tomatoes, cucumbers, two soups.....someone might consider this monotonous. Especially tourists from Russia (but not only them) who take one plate in each hand and then have everything loaded. Yes. Then they have the same food every day. I can confirm some of the criticisms. For example, there was no butter at breakfast, only margarine, the food was not always quite warm as I would have imagined. Of the fruits, there were only apples, pomegranates, grapes, plums, tangerines, watermelon. Everyone had to help themselves to the drinks with the meal. You could see that they didn't have enough glass in the restaurant, they couldn't wash it enough and sometimes it really wasn't washed perfectly. All inclusive drinks were sufficient. Beer, wine, vodka, gin, mixed drinks, cola, fanta, sprite, then various postmixes, different types of coffee from the machine and excellent tea. In addition, cold water from barrels. The beach bar only has soft drinks and coffee. It also offers beer and others, but for sale. (beer 0.5l -3 Euro). Cleanliness in the hotel and at the pool at a very good level. The water in the pools is very good. Rooms are cleaned as standard every day, bed linen and towels are changed, two bottles of water are refilled. Although there is a coffee set in the room, tea or coffee is not available. The sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach would probably deserve to be renewed... I don't look for animation programs and we don't like them very much either, so I won't comment on them. There are probably several other things that deserve criticism. But on the contrary, I want to thank the hotel staff for being nice and for allowing me to enjoy ten beautiful days in their hotel.

Absolutely filthy place.5 star I wouldn't even give it 1.food crap.entertainment crap.service crap.in other words absolutely disgusting place and the staff all they want to do is bum cigs and money off u.would not recommend it to my worst enemy

Initially, I will say that the hotel deserves only 3 stars. Waiters, bartenders, chefs, managers cannot be reorganised from hotel guests. Why? There is practically no uniform in the hotel, everyone works in home clothes and looks untidy. Alcohol and cocktails served in plastic glasses looking very terrible, as well always not enough glasses, plus impolite treatment is very upsetting. Cockroaches on the bar table , I saw it myself. The food in the hotel is the same every day and also a very poor choice, not for 5 stars. From fruits watermelon, apples, plums, grapes and pears. My room was clean, always cleaned. As a result, there was a case at sea when a girl from our hotel almost drowned in the sea. Unfortunately , waves was so strong , but another man from our hotel saved her. There are no lifeguards or lifeguards on the beach. No life vests. I saw this incident at sea, so I informed the management of the hotel Katya (guests manager). she said that a barmen on the beach works as a lifeguard. This is all very awfully . I do not recommend Sunstar Resort hotel.
