Royal Garden Eilat - the perfect place for a family holiday!

The Royal Garden Hotel in Eilat is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in, and we've been in quite a few, around the world! Every detail of our stay was perfect. We spent 3 days there with our 2 granddaughters aged 11 and 13. We highly recommend it!

Great hotel, clean, friendly

Stayed at this hotel in June 18-28. On the good side-the hotel is very clean and comfortable. We got a two-room suite overlooking the pool and the sea and mountains. The room is very beautiful. Lots of pools to choose from and plenty of space for everyone. Enough and water slides for children, The sea is very close and again there was enough space for everyone. There are many shops and a market across the road, but going there is not a pleasant experience. The food was ok, nothing special, you won't go hungry, but there isn't much choice either. Most of all I liked breakfasts, came to dinner more often to spend time, there was not much choice for dinner. So now about negative moment- This is the sea, or rather the entrance and the bottom. It's not realistic to be there. Huge rocks on which it is simply not possible to move, For those who looking for the sandy bottom, then this hotel is not for you, After one time, the children simply refused to go into the sea anymore, we spent most of the vacation by the pool. The next negative is the animators. Cool girls worked in the kids club, kids disco was cool, I liked morning exercises with a girl from Poland. Those who worked near the pools, we did not like.And the last moment, many people think that we have a lot of money. Every 5 minutes someone comes up and offers something, very persistently offer. In any case, we were satisfied. We recommend this hotel, yes, if you really like relaxing by the pool

Royal Garden Beach is a five-star hotel, but it feels like a four-star hotel. Nevertheless, I rate the stay as excellent, mainly thanks to the friendly staff and the overall relaxed atmosphere of the hotel. STAFF: Nice, mostly smiling. He speaks mainly Russian and German, but I had no problems communicating in English either. The helpful hotel managers were able to help with anything. If anything, get manager Atilla Gumus to call 9/10 GUESTS: Mainly Russians, Germans, Czechs, Finns, Kyrgyzstan. None of the nations here behaved terribly or possessively. Even the local Russians were polite, quiet. 9/10 BEACH AND SEA: The beach is clean, mostly sandy (coarse) with alluvial pebbles at the transition to the sea. Sensitive people may appreciate shoes, but this is definitely a sandy beach. The sea is relatively warm (end of September). The biggest minus is the access to the sea, which in many places is over ground rock that is underwater and uneven. There are no sharp edges, but there is a risk of slipping in some places. The advantage of this was that in some places in the sea one could stand on a rock even 30 meters from the shore and have water up to the waist (head and shoulders above water). The hotel is said to be planning to create a pier with better access to the water. But it was cool and relatively clean for bathing and relaxing. 8/10 ACCOMMODATION: It really depends in which of the hotel buildings you will be accommodated. The part where I lived could stand some minor repairs (old carpet with stains, broken handle from the balcony, etc.) Otherwise, the room was always clean, the cleaners were supr. One day I even had a surprise on my bed in the form of a towel in the shape of an octopus and flower petals (romance). 8/10 FOOD: The food was more European + Turkish classics. Not much seafood and the food was not seasoned enough for me, but you could always eat enough and you could always find something good in a given quantity. However, compared to Siam Elegance or Lara Residance, the food was below average and was the weakest link of the holiday. Still sufficient. Night food available 24/7, but only basic (toasts, soup). 7/10 ALCOHOL: the advantage was that the bars were available 24/7, including alcohol. Quality alcohol, incl. tequila. A big advantage was the alcohol served at the disco. DISCO: One of the biggest advantages of the hotel is the disco in the hotel, where alcohol is served (22.00-24.00) and also an excellent disco approx. 200m from the hotel. If you like to dance, like me, this was probably the biggest advantage of the hotel. 10/10 WELLNESS: Excellent wellness with experienced masseuses and a therapist!!! I usually go like this once/twice per stay. I was here every day. If you visit this hotel, wellness is a must. 10/10 ANIMATORS: Rather quieter, so those who don't want to don't know about them, but the activities are there all day and the team was good :) I enjoyed here 8/10
