Arrived to very welcoming staff. Very clean room with a great view of the sea/beach. Lots of extra charges, WiFi was free in the communal lobby area but was very slow. To use WiFi n rooms there was an extra charge. Extra charge for the safe too. All inclusive drinks finished at 10:30pm then charged. There was some entertainment, the leather fashion show was rather weird. Pool very small and the photo used to advertise shows a pool bar- this is not there. Very few sunbeds and even fewer umberellas. Unfortunally all the sunbeds had towels on and reserved very early in the morning with some not being occupied by a person until after lunch. Staff didn't monitor this either. Sunbeds could have see better days as a lot were damaged. Rooms cleaned everyday with fresh towels and bedding. Staff were lovely, friendly and really helpful when we were left with little help from our rep about our transfers. They went above and beyond. Staff spoke a variety of languages and were very fluent. Food was nice, salads had lots of variety. Not dishes not many but rice and chips there every day along with fresh bread. Very basic hotel but clean and friendly.

It was a pleasure to stay in this hotel, actually I didn’t have alot of expectations when ai think about the pris, cause it was not expensive. Put the service was amazing. Extremely friendly staff, good food, by the beach and they have shows maybe twice a week. I was there with my parents, and it was really good place to stay, clean and big room. The hotel is on the beach-way. Only few minutes to other shops and restaurants. We wanted to stay for longer time, but it was fully booked.

Short walk into the city, lovely sunset view by the beach just across the road. Food was ok, wish for more local dishes though. Pool area was small and never had the chance to actually use it. Drinks included in the all inclusive should be more visible. The entertainment was ok, but the fashion show by the leather company was a bit odd, the price you could win was a 10% discount in their shop - why bother. Was transferred on my first night - some plumbing (rather overbooked) - apparently to a better hotel, but wasted a day coz the other place was crap... Shame
