This hotel is good and bad. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone because the bad out weighed the good unfortunately. We were there in July and tragically a little girl drowned in the pool. After she was rushed to hospital for the remainder of the holiday, the life guards were out in force, instead of just now and again. The food was very samey and after two weeks I was fed up of it. The private beach is fantastic. If you like diving and messing about in the sea this is a really good hotel for that. We spent most of the holiday down at the jetty diving and jumping in etc. It was the highlight of the holiday tbh. The slides were rubbish and the rainbow slide is lethal. It hurt me badly, it's not designed very well. The staff are fine no complaints. Getting a drink could hard work too. The pool bar sometimes had a line a mile long and only one poor lad serving !!! Also the hotel is situations on a long road side. Nothing for miles. Can't walk anywhere ! So your stuck there ! WiFi was rubbish. You could get it in the lobby, that's about it. The Aircon in the room was actually too good. You were either freezing or red hot when you had to turn it off through the night as it was too cold !

Amazing hotel and staff

Great hotel- I was a bit worried booking this hotel due to the poor reviews. However I was pleasantly surprised and most of what has been posted on the poor reviews was the complete opposite of our experience. The food was great, the hotel rooms and surrounding areas were very clean including the beach and pool areas. The entertainment was amazing especially for the children. We had lovely staff who were polite and friendly especially mustafa who works in the dining area, Kal the masseuse was great. The girls and guys who were part of the animation team always got everyone involved. We had 3 children with us and my partner and all had a great time and can’t fault anything. The only downside is that the WiFi is poor and can only be accessed from lobby, dining area or reception. Also we had a lot of lifeguards around the beach and pool so again felt safe and reassured with the children in the pool. Our rooms were cleaned everyday. Would definitely recommend

Do not go here. Please spend your money elsewhere. I never leave reviews but this was warranted.

DO NOT GO HERE! There are many things wrong such as: Food was the same every night, we lived on chips. There is hardly any signs to say what the food is, so bad for people with allergies The room constantly smelled like sewage to the point we had to put towels under the bathroom door to stop the smell. None of the staff know any English, the managers were patronising and as being two women we were constantly asked for our social media and to go the clubs with the STAFF whether it be the bar men, waiters or the animation team. I do not recommend going if you are alone as a female or with only female guests because you will not get a break from the constant letching. There is no Wi-Fi in the hotel unless you are either in the restaurant or the lobby. The only pro to this resort is the private beach which was beautiful but There are plenty of other places with similar beaches so don’t waste your time or your money. Please don’t go here.
