The Mediterranean climate, natural attractions, and historic heritage make Alanya a popular destination for tourism. It is appr. 4 km at the east of Alanya center. This hotel is located by the beach and designed for guest's with maximum comfort and convenience, where guests will fill their senses with the spacious skies, the rush of vibrant color and the wonder of the majestic Mediterranean Sea. The hotel has vivid interior design and full of natural beauty with a beautiful sandy beach. There is various of shoping malls and entertainment points arround the hotel. The hotel features 6 floors, 334 rooms well equipped with max comfort. There are two outdoor swimming pools and two kid's pool including three jacuzzis and three waterslides for you to enjoy your holiday at our hotel. There are also many sport activities, water games, tournaments and competitions available during the day for all ages to enjoy their time. In the evening, visitors can enjoy live shows prepared by our animation team. Besides all these features the hotel provides playground and area for special activities for our guest's kid's. Although this hotel is abit dated but don't let that put u off. The service here is better than most other hotels I've stayed in. The staff are very attentive and very professional. The food is very generous compared to other hotels I've been to. For the price i think the service is excellent. Deffo would book again!

Whilst our overall stay was good, there we so many annoying and disappointing aspects to this hotel, it’s as if they thought long and hard how to annoy their customers, it’s such a shame. PROS - Staff are pleasant, helpful and professional. - Great value hotel. - Hotel clean and room/maid service excellent. - Shuttle bus to town (limited hours) - Food was ok, you can always find something to eat. - SPA was AMAZING - not included, but pay extra and treat yourself - worth every penny (£80ish for 2 hour treatment for two). CONS (remember this is a 5 STAR HOTEL) - (not the hotel's fault) this is a 4 hour transfer from Antalya airport. - Free WIFI in lobby ONLY, really slow, absolute rubbish service. - Rest of hotel is paid wifi, strictly limited to one device per person (although you’ve paid for it) - still REALLY SLOW. - No entry to hotel complex/drop off area as blocked by delivery vehicle at 4am, the hotel priorities are all wrong. - No access to seafront, you can walk under seafront to beach, or round the hotel complex via the side streets. - No fresh, hand made cocktails, premix only (3 horrible flavours) served in plastic glasses - why bother. - Beach bar is very tired and tatty, with poor food hygiene practices, such a shame. - You must book your a la carte restaurant meal in the hotel reception, choose your - selection from the menu squatting on the reception floor to pre order, not a great experience. - Cheap, annoying, paper AI wristbands that slowly degrade during your stay (we got through 6) - No more than 2 small ice cubes given in any drink or ‘sorry no ice’. - Centrally controlled room air conditioning, you have no control. - Brown "glossy' 1980s bedroom furniture. - Scruffy rough blankets, the wife exclaimed 'don't put that thing anywhere near me'. - One side of hotel has 'partial sea view' obscured by a huge tree (we complained and changed rooms) - One side of hotel has a terrifying external air conditioning plant that is also right next to the a la carte restaurant, this makes a deafening noise every ½ hour. - Hotel approach/entrance is scruffy. With numerous weeds, parked work vans, dirty cobbles & uneven pathways and a row of brightly coloured recycling bins and ashtrays next to the doors. Not a great first impression. - Roof bar is cheap patio furniture, tables and chairs only. No lights, no background music, no plants, no art, no features, it's a patio on the roof - amazing views and a horrible look and atmosphere - such a shame. - Huge pressure on staff to turn tables in the restaurant and start resetting for the next service. Breakfast into lunch, 'sorry you cant sit there' about 10 times in a week, very unwelcoming. I can’t recommend this hotel, of all the hotels available I suggest you try somewhere else to avoid being generally disappointed with your stay. My guess is that the hotel management have been there too long and can't see what has happened to a once impressive hotel. Other than a couple of things, most of the things that spoilt our 5 STAR holiday are easy to fix, but only if you see them as a problem in the first place...

Staff where lovely all though they didn't speak very good english some of them, mini fridges were stocked every day fresh towels, sheets and cleaned daily. Was very clean hotel. Rooms where very dated for a 5*, restraunt l was big Always has loads of food of different variety's, drinks was loads to choose from, spa was lovely well worth the money. Private beach was nice downfall was entertainment they had some man doing aquafit during day but was for about 15 minutes entertainment on a night only went on for half hour there was no music on round the pool etc they did a free bus on a night to harbour stairs were a but dark coming from pool i fell down and had to go to hospital but apart from that overall was a nice holiday
