Room service is poor and room smells. The porch door does not close

I stayed on the first floor right at the back. Please don’t stay in that room in particular as they don’t clean the room. The room curtains are hanging off, the porch door does not shut, hence it’s a safeguarding issue, the room has a pungent smell. When asked for room service, they sometimes come and sometimes don’t. When they do come they just change a few towels. The sink is broken and the overhead shower does not work. They also sell premium internet access at 3 euro for 24 hours. I bought a few, to be honest don’t bother with that as it’s a rip off. The coupon for extra internet didn’t work. I complained to reception but to no avail, they kept on batting the responsibility to the next shift staff member. They hotel charge extra for heating and cooling. Madness!!!! Food options are not the best too, despite these hick-ups it’s ok.

Worst hotel we have ever been to. We are here now, trying to swap hotels. The bed is like sleeping on the floor, decor is disgraceful in the room, you get a kettle but no cups, tea etc plus you have to move the furniture to plug in, noise every 15 mins from next door's air conditioning, view from room was a wall, tv but no English channels, no seating area in room, no gym, no bar/lounge just a small bar in the restaurant with nowhere to sit unless at a dining table, only seating is at reception by the front door, it says 2 pools but one is more like a foot bath, cleaner comes in and puts a Swan out of towels on the bed but doesn't clean and room stinks of drains !

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Rooms were nice and clean, cleaned everyday with fresh towels and toilet roll etc. Food weren’t great and pool was freezing cold but this was probably due to time of year. However would definitely come back here we really enjoyed the stay.
