This attractive and modern beach hotel is situated high on a hill with panoramic views of the turquoise Aegean Sea. This is a spectacular setting for water sports such as windsurfing, parasailing and diving, and the area boasts many beaches and several water parks in addition to historical attractions such as castles, ancient settlements and city walls. Rooms are ample and comfortably furnished with air-conditioning and minibar. The hotel offers a fitness centre with Turkish baths, sauna and massage services as well as an in-hotel dance club and nightly entertainment. I would never go again! Got very sick!

This was rated 4* on Jet2Holidays, now even they realised that it's 3* plus. Unfortunately, we stayed 14 night and I got very sick there after the first week, I went to the hospital first with acute allergy + infection on both feet. 2nd time, I went again with acute gastroenteritis. I had to take 10 more days off work because of the same condition, the GP gave me the same diagnostic. Aybike, the nurse from the clinic, was amazing. The other nurse could not speak 2 words in english, I was telling to the driver about my problem and he was translating. The rest of them, totally incompetent, liers, it took me days to get my diagnostic and blood test results from them, I had to call all the managers and complain to Jet2 rep, Anna if I remember well who was very good to me. My last day, I had to spend 3h30m between reception,manager and this useless clinic (Medlife Poliklinik) Animation team 5*! Tina and Ariella,were also taking care of my son every single day at mini club The SPA team was also doing a great job! Security noticed my drone at the aquapark and came to me very aggresive with a very basic english to ask me not to use the drone,then a security manager came,I found out late that his name was Mustafa (none of them were wearing any badges), he spoke only 2 words in english,he was even more rude and aggressive than the young guy. Ex police men,but he obviously has a very old mentality and has absolutely no clue about drone regulations! Incompetent staff again!

Ok where to start… Firstly to put the review into perspective. Family of 4, one infant one 8 year old. The holiday was extremely good value for money. All inclusive, flights and 22kg of baggage for 400pp. I don’t think you can ask for the world At this price. We went the last week of the season as this fell over half term. We researched the hotels for ages as some of the hotels stated they closed a lot of their facilities end of sept, and we really wanted one with a water park. This one didn’t state that on either jet 2 or it’s own website. The hotel it’s self is lovely and very clean as is the pool area. Our room was spacious with comfortable beds and good air con and a beautiful sea view. We always managed to get a sunbed however the hotel was no where near capacity. The DJ around the pool played great music and it made a great atmosphere. The weather is beautiful during the day. The sun goes down around 6 and then you need a jacket. Pool bar and beach bar only served a selection of burgers pizza pasta or chicken. Unfortunately for us only one out of the six a cartes were open however it was the Italian, and the one time we were allowed to visit during our stay we really enjoyed it, beautiful setting over looking the sea. We were however disappointed this was the only option open when six are advertised. If only one is open due to occupancy I think multiple visits should be offered. A 3 min walk and there is lots of shops with bargain clothes and handbags and along the front plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from and very good value for money. The shop owners really don’t hassle you and expect to be knocked down on price. The water park by far made the holiday for my 8 year old. Slightly disappointing that not all the rides were open, or why the rides couldn’t have alternated each day. The butterfly ride being the main attraction. The food in the main restaurant was average, always managed to find something however some choices were a bit random, and again not all the restaurant was open as it would be in high season ( no smoothie bar, no kids Corner etc) Drinks champagne and beer, no pink gin as in previous reviews. Passtisery didn’t open . No English tea to be found at all! Take your own tea bags! Beach area and decking area are lovely. We took eggy bread down each day to feed the fish off the decking areas. One downside was our daughter falling Ill. There were 4 other children around the pool being sick. I did advise guest relations however they didn’t seem to care. Didn’t check in with us, or offer any assistance etc. I also found the staff will help, you just need to ask. We switched rooms and kept our room on later. They were all very helpful. A special mention to Omer and ismil didn’t see them stop working and smiling and trying to make the children laugh. And the lady on reception was super helpful. Overall would I return to this hotel, yes definitely. However I wouldn’t come this close to the end of the season to make use of all facilities. The transfer was 1 hour. Overall it’s not a 5 star 3.5 would be my rating however that might have been more had more facilities been open.

I was worried about the bad reviews…. But we shouldn’t have because our stay was amazing! Lovely hotel , amazing staff and those views We had the best two weeks here. Room big cleaned daily by the most lovely pleasant maids always restocking the fridge plenty of water, clean towels. You must remember to put on your light inside the room to let them know you want cleaning or not. Pool big lots of things going on aqua aerobics (good fun) , water polo, music , dancing , nice pool bar. Water park again good fun open 10-12 2-4 great fun , drinks at the bar , food and lovely waffles, always find a sun bed either upstairs or down at the water park, great lifeguards seen one spring into action very quickly to help a boy struggling .. he was amazing! The deck near the beach again fab bar with food pastas , pizza, burger , drinks . Jetty to jump into the sea , water sports at the beach all within the hotel. Entertainment at night kids disco then main act every night … always something for someone. Bar upstairs lovely in the lobby can sit indoors or outside kids loved the milkshakes chocolate , strawberry , vanilla . Cocktails lovely or a cold Effes nothing is ever to much for them and always a smile. You have ladies beach right next door a nice walk out bars , restaurants , shops everything you need , nice stroll out. We walked right up to the harbour one day. Food lovely and always something even for fussy eaters breakfast omelettes , toasties, eggs boiled , fried , toast beans , sausage , tomatoes , chips , pancakes , cereal , yogurt, fruit . Main meal strews meat just melts so tender , potatoes , pasta , sea food lots to choose from. Snacks through the day kebabs, rice, burger , salad, and the flat breads cheese , meat or plain are lovely. We went to a lovely Chinese Hong Kong the guy came around the pool took the booking picked us up the place is near the harbour had a lovely meal we looked around the harbour at night done some shopping and the dropped us back at hotel , amazing service. From getting here 40 mins transfer check in quick , guy took all our cases to the room , to leaving we were well looked after couldn’t ask for more! Special mention to Farouk he is a a lovely man with a heart of gold and a credit to the hotel also mario and the whole entertainment team thank you making our holiday a fab one! Thanks and hope to see you again Anyone going enjoy you will have a lovely time.
