Arrived very late in the night due to flight times a d it being quite a long drive from the airport but the staff checked us in quickly and had warm food ready for the late arrivals available. The rooms were clean and very comfortable beds. Made our way down for breakfast which had a fantastic choice to suit all tastes. Having teenage boys with us, we headed straight to the aqua park. The slides were fantastic. Nice swim up pool bar, shallow pool area heart for those with little ones, and a lazy river. Pool at the hotel was great too. Cleaners milling around all day keeping on top of things. Close to the beach, mini golf and snack bar. Evening meals also had a great choice every night. The shops and arcade were good. Sports bar was frequented a lot they showed the football. Not much evening entertainment although what we did get to see we enjoyed. But I think this was due to it being the last week of the season. All in all we had a great time and would recommend to families of all ages.

Good hotel but needs improvement

A good hotel with great facilities. But it needs improvement!! Ok i have been to this hotel with my wife and two children. There are a lot of plusses but a lot of inprovements still need to be made. Information The biggest problem is that you do not get any good information about the hotel. I arrived with my own car. And the young staff working there was only interested in bringing us in a very fast way to our room ( just to get a tip). Improvement ==> information about the rules, a map, and explanation on paper where to find what and how to use things. Finding your room is a challenge. Simple directions throughout the hotel can fix this. Restaurant and food The restaurant the food and the staff in the restaurant were in one word "Super". The diversity of food is just great and the quality is super. Swimming pools The swimming pools, great. Except for the fact that you need to be pay for the drinks and the food at the swimming pool ( the big one outstide but still belonging to the hotel). This is weird. But not a problem. Thy pools are clean and especially the pools where the little children can swim are kept very clean. This is an important thing because of possible disease. So good job! English drinking rude people!!! Come one Aqua fantasy. I get it that you need to earn money. But all those drinking English guys should not even get in to the hotel!!. They shout, look for a fight and disturb others. This is a hotel for families. If people want to get drunk all day the they should go to a bar. Or you should stop pretending to be a family hotel. This was a big minus for us. There is no limit for people how much they can drink at the pool. This is a family hotel and especially English people who drink too much and disturb other guests should be removed immediately!!!!?!! Staff This is a difficult thing. The hotel is letting the staff work too much. The cleaning staff works too much. Hire more staff. Cleaning and animation teams were friendly. The staff receiving us and other geusts should be replaced. Rude young people who do not know how to be friendly, informative and so on. Rooms (beds need to be replaced, noise and airconditioning) The rooms are big and pretty much have everything you need. But!! The airconditioning is centralized and not enough to cool your room. Even if you let it on all day long. You can hear every noisy neighbour. It is as if they just used boards to divide the rooms and no isolation was used to cancel any noise between the rooms. Oh and the beds need to be replaced immediately. It was as if they have been using those beds for ages. My back was hurting every time i slept on them. Oh and more thing

Very nice family hotel

We went with friends and family. There was so much to do. You can never get bored. We even extended our stay. Very nice food, drinks, sea, spa, aquapark. Very friendly staff. We liked parasailing. Rooms are very comfortable and clean. Can't wait to go again.
