Had to pay a 200 euro security deposit for the first time ever at a hotel, everybody working in the hotel there English was very poor , felt like I wasn’t in Ireland at all, Food was very overpriced , construction work going on outside our room at 7am in the morning which we were not told about, had to ask a waitress 7 times what the soup of the day was , the hotel car park was on another street , the place was a comedy show, would not recommend anyone to stay at the spencer hotel.

A terrific spot and the room was spacious. Pleasantly surprised and the location was perfect. Really enjoyed our stay. Will recommend to others. Parking was a bit of an issue at first but once we got that sorted out it was at as big of a deal. Love Ireland.

we were very satisfied with all the staff, especially one named ORIOL at the reception, who was from the beginning until the departure, very professionnal, agreable, always available, friendly smiling and with an excellent sens of service. disappointed only with one coktail ( too much ice!)
