The hotel was situated very close to Dublin City centre. The food was well priced and delicious for its location, and you could taste how fresh it was so hats off to the chef. The staff are lovely and friendly, although the lady (appeared to be a manager) running the bar and floor was a bit cold towards me, never checking in with my meal or asking would I like a drink, sauce, etc. This is a simple standard all waiting staff I have met have adhered to, not much to ask to check on your customers especially with only 3 people in the place. You could also see a few small dirt bubbles in the pint glass, I assume they’re washing these with the small glasses, affecting the lining of the pint glass. Be aware, that the hotel does not state on trivago, booking.com, etc. that the parking costs €16 per night. Rooms were nice, on the smaller side though. When looking at pricing compared to other properties I would recommend for a short stay with work.

5 star hotel. Perfect position for what we wanted. Walking distance to Vicar street. Spotless clean and great staff. Paulina was so kind to us that evening. She looked after us in the bar. All staff were very friendly. Price was amazing too. We will be back for sure

Too noisy and not customer oriented

I got a Room on the Street side and could not sleep with the noise! I asked to change and got negative answer. With check-in with 6 persons waiting manager decided to go to other one… just waited 10’ more !
