Perfect location for town.

I stayed here before Christmas and again last week. The rooms were spacious, clean and the staff are very friendly. It is a 15 min walk to the centre of tiwn. There are buses outside the hotel gate too. The luas is 10 mins and will take you to Dundrum or into town if you dont want to walk. I had breakfast one morning, it was very good. I will return as it is in a great position for work and play in town.

Really disappointed from beginning till end … At checking was faced with a very miserable receptionist… Who gave no information on the gym or pool times .. restaurant times or location.. If I would like breakfast , as it wasn’t included when my work booked it … I was literally given my key … When asked for any information it was ran off in one breath …. So non the wiser ….. Room hasn’t been cleaned very well … window doesn’t open , air conditioning doesn’t work . I tried to call for room service which is available as a late night service ( €14.50 for a tuna sandwich and €7.50 tray charge on top total €22 ) But unfortunately I can’t have any room services because someone has called in sick and they can’t do it … And was told to get a delivery service… As I’m here for another 3 days i will be looking to move hotel.

Very poor service, the staff are all kids with no senior management, overpriced, the noise was incredibly loud, room service then decided to enter my room early after finding it difficult to get to sleep. On leaving, the staff were rude and just wanted payment and didn't care.
