Daughter's 18th birthday

Was at Le Meridien Hotel for my daughter's and husband's birthday. It was really an excellent experience being there. We were really welcomed by everyone there. I would like to thank the reception team (Jaya, Karuna,Sarika,Kiran). The Food and Beverage team. The Paparazzi Restaurant where we had our dinner. The food was excellent. Special thanks to chef Nitish. The restaurant manager Preshal,Santy, Asha and others who really made us feel special there.(Kamini,Feiza,Jimmy,Kushal,Nicholas, Pravind, Luqmaan).The mini club for looking after my little girl (Shirley and Stella).Thanks again for everything. We'll definitely go back.

I have just one word Keep up the good service and welcome My son was welcomed with a great smile and given gifts by the team member. He was so much pampered that he wanted to stay more and more Service and food are just great. Breakfast was awesome and room was Just perfect and renovation done recently. The buggy drive was great and we would love to come back again

Family stay at the Le Meridien Hotel

I stayed at Le Meridien on 4-5 March 2023 with a family group (18 pax) in 7 rooms (118-124). Special thanks to Roomesh Boojhawon for facilitating our booking and ensuring that all went well throughout our stay. The welcoming attitude (Sarika Menon, Abdool Kadhun, Karuna Gobin and team) at the reception/front office counter for our check-in and check-out was much appreciated . Then, the housekeeping team (Nunkoo, China) ensured we had a smooth transfer to our rooms and that all amenities were fully available during our stay. The F&B services exceeded our expectations with the level of care provided throughout our stay, thanks to Praveen and his team (Devraj, Romeo, Yogesh, Vik and others). At the Papaya Bar, Dev, Drishtii, Aman and others were ready to go the extra mile to offer friendly and helpful services to the whole group while we were enjoying the swimming pool. Those of us who used the Spa and Gym facilities, very much appreciated the warmth and welcoming attitude of the team, and even Seegobin, from maintenance, who was very helpful. To conclude, a huge thank you to the Meridien team - housekeeping, front office, F&B, and the Management (Mr Rudy Periatamby and team) - for making us feel special during our stay. We will certainly come back and strongly recommend the hotel to everybody.
