Feedback about Benczur Hotel after Ordering from Lastminute.com Travel Agency =================================================================== 1. Not working Radiator in the room+Shower (Hotel Promised me in the mail there is). 2. AC is set on 22 Degrees automatically and you can't change it to higher if you feeling cold (No Central Heating) 3. Water is the shower is only hot at the evening-Night. 4. Sheets are not replaced everyday. 5. 3 days haven't got new towels in 8 days. 6. Balcony is a Little Ugly Squared Stone they (+You) don't show in photos. 7. Hotel Ignored my complaints on mail and replies them poorly only after my return+Agency Involvement. BIG Mistake ordering from Lastminute.com+Choosing Benczur Hotel

Great location and exactly how it looks in the photos. The room we had was spacious and beds were comfortable. Rooms were also clean. However don’t expect a lot from the staff, we asked if the reception could call the restaurant we booked to let them know we would be arriving late as our phones wouldn’t call abroad and they simply said no, why can’t we do it. Not very helpful at all! So you have no hope in them phoning a taxi for you, They did let us store our luggage in the luggage room which is free if you arrive before check in time.

Lovely Hotel in Budapest

Had a lovely stay at Hotel Benczur, the room was clean, well maintained and has a safe and mini bar. The hotel was very quiet and the bed was comfortable. There is a 24hr reception, free wifi and the hotel is located 30 mins away from the airport. The location is excellent for sight seeing, very close to Heroes Square, Museums, City Park, Szechenyi Baths and Budapest Zoo. Excellent value for money and would stay again.
