Fantastic hotel in vasilikos near to all the nice beaches of the island The room are very comfortable and spacious with all the facilities you need The staff is very helpful and very polite Breakfast and dinner were excellent with a variety of food We spend our evenings in villa Rossa drinking wine The hit of the hotel is the Aurora spa We had a lovely and relaxing holiday

This hotel needs updating. Our room was decent enough although does need some updating such as repainting and new lamps/side tables etc. There was no kettle in the room but there was mugs which made no sense. The bathroom was not great. The drain smelt awful and kept making loud noises which woke us up at night. The hot water also went off one evening which nobody told us about until we called them and asked what was happening to be told it was the whole hotel and a man was coming to fix it. Well turns out they just didn’t have enough oil (this hotel is run on oil) because we saw an oil van come speeding along into the hotel a couple of hours later and then miraculously the hot water was on again. I’m sorry but if you know you need oil then order it in advance. I can see from other reviews that this has clearly happened before! Food was pretty awful. Breakfast was basic warm foods and then some cereals, toast, pastries etc which was fine but not really good enough. They need some more options. There were also not enough seats inside the restaurant for everyone. We always eat out for dinner on holiday but the first night we arrived late and wanted a snack. The food for the evening was horrendous. Barely warm and unappetising just thrown out onto the buffet; probably left over from the night before! We ended up having bread and butter. One day it rained a lot in the morning and water was running down from the ceilings and nobody really seemed to know what to do. This probably needs to be looked at because, although it probably doesn’t rain often, this shouldn’t be happening at all. The floors were literally flooded. On our last day we weren’t leaving til 3pm but they wouldn’t extend the room even for a couple of hours. We had to shower outside near the pool in an old little toilet with a shower which leaked everywhere and flooded. The pool area was nice though. There are local restaurants and cafes nearby for nice lunches and dinners which I would recommend. This hotel needs updating; better decor, better food and updated drainage. I am aware that the drainage system is not as good as in the UK but it shouldn’t be that bad and I’ve never had these issues before in Greece.

Very nice hotel! I think is one of the best hotels i have ever been. The stuff was so friendly and helped us with everything. The service was excellent, high quality of food and drinks!! We had clean room every day . I would recommend this hotel for a quiet holidays that it makes you feel like home!
