Wonderful hotel

We have returned from a seven day stay at this wonderful hotel. The hotel is located on the beach at Tsilivi, very close to lots of fabulous taverna’s, bars and restaurants, also very close to several small supermarkets where you can stock up on provisions if required. The staff at this hotel are amazing, very friendly and extremely helpful, the rooms are cleaned almost everyday and very very clean. I was initially a little upset when we arrived as the room we had on the ground floor (Standard double room no.149) was quite small and we had to edge our way around the bed to get to the other side of the room and requested to be moved or upgraded but after a couple of days (as no other rooms were available) we found it actually wasn’t that bad and the location of the hotel and the staff service more than made up for our slight grievance. We have rebooked for next year in a larger room on the first floor. The breakfast was very pleasant however if you are requesting the ‘full englsh’ please be warned the sausage and bacon is not as you would expect back in England but plenty of choice, omelette, cereal, fruit etc, so plenty of alternatives and very fresh and tasty. I would highly recommend this hotel, it is well maintained and extremely clean. The staff are an absolute credit to this hotel.

We have been here in the hotel since Thursday and have actually felt very comfortable up to this point ! However, we are getting more and more the impression that the staff is looking forward to the end of the season! This morning the whirlpool was cleaned without notice ! Ok, it has to be done, but an information would have been nice ! Instead, we come back to the room after a walk, the balcony door is open and a hose is lying across the room! The reaction of the receptionist left a lot to be desired! If we didn't want cleaning, all we had to do was hang the "do not disturb" sign on the door! Please ? At dinner we were punished with disrespect! No "would you like another drink" or "can I get you something else"! The tables were stubbornly cleared and then the mobile phone was quickly picked up again! When I asked if something was wrong, I only got the answer "you could have asked me"! Sorry, but I don't understand service like that! It's not me as a guest who has to ask, but the staff! Regardless of the fact that all the delicious food was cold! It's a pity, but we can't recommend you like this!

Kalamaki is just special been there5 times it seems to have everything beautiful beaches numerous top quality restaurants and venues.it’s a place to go no matter what age your.we hire scooters and take trips all around the island.also good for snorkelling
