It took me long to choice the hotel in Zakinthos. This hotel had all the plus. Well located near Cameo island and Laganas Bay. Turtle Island just a short trip on the boat you can view from the hotel. The sea front with small narrow beach was just there (they could cut the bushes a bit to have better view ) We have stayed in Boutique feel new build second back part of the hotel with very elegant restaurant. The food was good with all inclusive dining with healthy choices. You can experience the friendliest staff ever, you know when you are in Greece. We felt very comfortable during the stay. I am glad I have chosen this chain hotel and would definitely recommend. Perfect location, clean facilities. *improvement to consider Wall hangers in balconies for towels, swimsuit etc, it does not look nice to hang it over the balcony.

Have just returned from a week staying here with my girlfriend and had the best holiday we've ever been on! From the second we arrived to the moment we left was absolutely amazing! Everything was faultless - rooms, food/drinks, pools/facilities, general atmosphere, the whole experience was just superb. As a result, our time there would've been great. However there was an extra bit of magic that turned our visit to completely incredible and memorable - the staff, led by Alexandros!! The staff could not have been more friendly, accommodating and approachable. Every one we saw made their own effort to get to know us and made sure we were comfortable and having a good time. So much so that it was the sort of place where you could really make an effort with the language, because you knew they'd appreciate it. Which they did - every day - even when my execution was poor! But it all added to the experience and fun! This hotel experience has totally blown me and my partner away. I did not expect accommodation at this price point to have the catering manager waiting for us on arrival, furnish us with a personalised welcome - literally down to carrying our cases and having wine and fresh fruit laid out for us. Which he then bookended on our last day by offering late check-out - to allow for our night flight - and sitting with us while we had our final drink to ask if we'd enjoyed our stay, and then seeing us off in our taxi which he'd already taken care of. Alexandros is an absolute credit to the hotel and the company; and the staff he leads are a reflection of that. The complex is on the beach front, has an array of fantastic authentic greek restaurants seconds' walk away, and is 15 minutes from the airport through the Laganas strip. So no one can fairly say it's in the 'quiet' or the 'loud' part - it's not. It's in its own patch that's literally the best of both worlds. So whatever vibe you're going to Zakynthos for - this hotel is for you!!! Thank you White Olive, thank you Alexandros, and thank you Zante. We will be back :-)

It’s with a heavy heart i write this review as today is the day I leave this gorgeous and welcoming hotel. Myself and my mother had the pleasure of staying at the white olive premium cameo for 1 week. Whilst Zakynthos is so glorious and peaceful it was white olive and it’s staff that made our holiday so very special! We arrived later than expected at the hotel as our flight was delayed, but the very polite and friendly receptionist was waiting for us and kept the restaurant open for us so that we could have our dinner, then we were greeted by Alessandro who took our cases up to our room and made sure we had everything we needed before saying goodnight with a smile that would light up any one’s life. After getting to our room my mother admitted that the steps to our room would be too much for her arthritic knees so we spoke to reception and they were happy to help up us and move us to a ground floor family room which was very clean and spacious. We were all inclusive and were happy with breakfast lunch and dinner. At white olive they try their utmost to cater to everyone with a good variety of meats, vegetables, bread, pastas and fresh salad/fruits. The meats were all very tasty the chicken and lamb being my favourite! What makes it so special is that the servers and alessandro care that your catered to and are having the best time. Mid week at the restaurant at breakfast time I did not feel very good as I am epileptic, I ended up having a seizure on my way out and all the servers were tremendous! They are all well trained with first aid and took every step necessary during my seizure. They gave me some medication to sniff which brought me back around and made sure I had plenty of water chocolate and chocolate cake before I left the restaurant. I was so shocked with how amazing they were with me and how well they were trained in knowing what to do! The two pools are very refreshing and big enough for everyone to share. They are cleaned morning and night the cleaners go far and beyond to make sure the hotel is spotless I can not express enough on how clean the hotel is and how much the cleaners work to keep it clean. Lastly I’d like to give a huge shout out to Alessandro. You made our holiday so happy and special with your caring and happy nature. You do such a fabulous job here at the hotel and I’m going to miss you so very much. From the time I wake up to the time I go to sleep Alessandro is working around the hotel making sure everything is in order and making sure each and every holiday maker is as happy as the next regardless of how politely he gets treated! He was such a pleasure to be around thank you for giving me memories I will forever hold dear to my heart! We will definitely be back to this spectacular hotel!
