The hotel is located in Laganas. The resort consists of eight two-storied buildings in the authentic style of a traditional Ionian Village and offers superb accommodation in 113 tastefully decorated standard rooms, family rooms and suites. Set in colourful gardens, the complex facilities include a main building with an impressive reception area with a currency exchange, a spacious lounge with a bar and an elegant restaurant. Conference facilities are available along with room and laundry services. Next to the snack bar there is a children's play area. The rooms include twin beds or double bed, an en suite bathroom with bath or shower and WC, hairdryer, satellite TV with music channels, telephone with Internet access, a fridge, a hire safe, individual air conditioning and a balcony or terrace. A large outdoor swimming pool with sun loungers and parasols is on offer.

My friend & I stayed a week here, its has to be the worst place I have ever been to. We paid for a superior room and was shown to a double room under the stairs with the door cut to fit the sloping frame. After a room change ( basic double ) we tried to enjoy our hols. Not to be... After we complained of nearly cold food every day we were blanked by staff, and made to feel uncomfortable. The list is endless but on returning home we complained to Jet 2 but got nowhere as the hotel blamed the holidaymakers for the near on cold food by saying they kept leaving the lids off the containers. Would have said fair comment HAD THERE BEEN LIDS TO LEAVE OFF. Laganas brilliant but will never recommend this awful place. Its could be so good with attention to major issues. Be aware they also do not want Jet 2 reps in the hotel

My friend and I visited this hotel in June, on arrival we were given the wrong room, not what we paid for, in fact we were never offered or given the superior room that we booked. All were standard at best. The food choice was appalling very limited choice, even the basic go to foods were not available. Vegetables were very limited if present at all. The salad was even limited. The other thing about the food was that it was cold to tepid every meal time. We put In a complaint to the hotel management, but this just resulted in the staff avoiding us. Our travel company contracted the hotel who responded by saying that the customers were responsible for not replacing the food lids, these were never present. My friend and I decided after a few days that we would eat our meals out and take on the cost. We would never visit this hotel again or recommend it to anyone

Room and conditions for a 5 stars hotel in room 611 and 614 description. Advantages and disadvantages: Advantages: 1.close to the beach:1-2 minutes walk and you are in the water Disadvantages: 1.rooms that are old and don't have real photos 2.food that is horrible Down you can find the longer description of the disadvantages I presented: 1.The hotel pictures are not real. From the moment I entered my room I saw that the pictures don't match with the reality. Is it normal that in a 5 stars hotel to find an air conditioning that is maybe 20+ years old(I must mention that it even had that air distribution system broken and they made the air flow fixed to one position with a SCREW.Yes...in a 5 stars hotel you got an air conditioner that have 20+ years old and fixed with a SCREW. The room was so small and didn't even had a HEATER to make a tea or coffee. Is it possible to come at a 5 stars hotel and to don't even have a HEATER? When I asked the person that was at the reception she told me that they could not give me that thing because there were no more left but promised me they will give me one...guess what my trip ended and I got no heater in my room. 2.Food is horrible: no taste plus the fact that they try to make the dinner based on the leftovers that remained from the breakfast disgust me even more. Same cream (nauseous one) is used to make the sweets. The drinks are not free, even for a bottle of water you must pay 2 euro. There was no food to eat for a vegan or vegetarian people in the morning(as a vegan) you can eat just tomatoes and cucumbers and at dinner a cabbage salad. These are their best food, trust me....even me that I am not a vegetarian I was somehow forced to eat those things...for example 1 day I decided to eat an omelet...result as usual (no taste)...I think they putted 2 eggs and the rest water for the entire tray because there was no taste of eggs. And lets not add their attitude when my aunt asked for a hot water to make a tea at the dinner(because we had no heater in the room) and their unbelievable answer: "Sorry we can't boil water for you at dinner, only at breakfast we can have it". You can say that you are a 5 stars hotel when you can't even boil some water? A big joke I can say. Will definitely not come to this hotel ever again!!! Conclusion: The price is too big for what this hotel has to offer!!
