The complex consists of 30 self-catering rooms that can accommodate 2-3 persons. All rooms offer 2 single beds and 1 sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchenette, bathroom with shower or bath tube and a fully furnished balcony. Karras Livin shares the reception area, swimming pool and all entertainment facilities with the Karras Hotel, which is located only 200 meters away. We had a great time, the service was pleasant, very clean and welcoming, beautiful village We got upgraded, and got many treats such as fruits every day Thank you 4 everything We will definently come back

Excellent and plentiful breakfast. Friendliness and availability . Good cleaning and very nice cats. We were just fine. I recommend it to those looking for a bit of tranquility away from the noisy Laganas.

We had a wonderful time at Maria Studios. Marietta, the owner does a wonderful breakfast - a buffet and additionally a changing "special dish" i.e. scrambled eggs every day. The room was nice with a small cooking area and a balkony with a Place to sit and eat as well as to dry your stuff. A parking area is located across the street. We really enjoyed our stay!
