Ia is my annual peace retreat place and I stayed at Andronis Arcadia last September for the first time after having seen pictures on social media. It did not disappoint. The place is peaceful, a few steps away from city center of Ia. The villas and public areas are absolutely beautiful. The spa is peaceful and I probably got my best massage ever. Not to mention the restaurant which serves super good food. The staff is beyond amazing. They are professional, effective, thoughtful and smiling. Can we ask for more ? Actually yes. Last but not least, I stayed there over for my birthday and was surprised upon arrival with a (delicious) cake, treats, champagne and birthday wishes and balloons. Will definitely go back.

A beautiful honeymoon

My wife and I just had an amazing 10 days at the Andronis Arcadia for our honeymoon! On arrival we were greeted by Tim who got us all booked in and offered either a brief tour (so we could relax) or more in depth. The food was delicious - breakfast was a la carte and not only unlimited and substantial to fuel you for your day ahead, but the staff quickly served us and even remembered our orders within a few days! This personal touch was a theme throughout our stay. We had a lovely bunch of flowers in our room along with cocktails to celebrate our honeymoon. The staff provided us with extra pillows (memory foam no less!) and even plenty of peppermint teas as my wife doesn't drink coffee. Any query we had was resolved in minutes including setting the private plunge pool to max temperature and it was the perfect place to relax before we headed out to explore Oid and other trips around Santorini. I want to say a special thanks to Tim and the team who made our stay that extra bit special and would happily escape from it all to come back and or try more in the Andronis suites! Also big thanks to Rask Travel who arranged our stay, would also book with them again for the excellent service!

Once we arrived, Martha checked us in and led us to our room. Her and all the staff in the hotel were very friendly and accomodating. They even offered us some welcoming treats and a bottle of wine which was a very much appreciated gesture! In addition, the room was great, the beds were super comfy and everything we needed was in our disposal. Also I believe that the pic regarding the view speaks for itself!
