Lovely hotel, very clean nice sun loungers delicious breakfast. Staff very helpful. Expensive cocktails and very quiet at night. Lovely but overpriced spa. The best part was that we are able to use facilities at volcano view across the road which had breathtaking views of the caldera.

We've waited two years to get to this hotel and it was so worth it. Communication throughout the two years were amazing and prompt. The hotel is beautiful with subtle elegance and the rooms are a good size. The breakfast is amazing and staff equally amazing and helpful. They all contributed to a wonderful experience. Victoria is friendly but still professional and the others guys too ( sorry don't know your names.). I will definitely return. Thanks De Sol

Really nice hotel. Great breakfast. Nice sunrise view. Beautiful room with a balcony and an awesome bathroom with a soaker tub. For sunsets, head across the street to Volcano View Hotel (their sister property) for sunset dinner. Staff was great.
