Amazing Views

Our stay here was amazing waking up to Santorini views is a dream and that’s what you get. Manola was always ready to assist us,give us recommendations and bookings as well. We stayed for four days and the breakfast was great, nicely set infront of our room you chose the time you want it served which worked well with us. The pool is amazing with the best views during the day or at night. There are many restaurants near the property and night clubs like 5minutes drive and the restaurants are open till late. Room was cave style and decent size as well.

I loved the staff, very helpful and friendly people. Breakfast comes with a view and is always on time. Good good views.

Excellent services, Kind and helpful staff, Awesome views. I would highly recommend this place to family and friends The staff are also very helpful. If you need to tour Santorini they go an extra mile to help organise.

We arrived a week ago from Alta Vista in Santorini and here is my Honest review: The ONLY thing that allows me to give this hotel 2* is the view. That is it. This hotel is SO expensive for that you get. We stayed in the LOVE room which is one of the most expensive rooms. - Room: The idea is cool but not executed well. lots of stairs to get to the hotel but that is normal for the location, expect over 40 stairs to get to the hotel therefore if you have luggage expect to carry it down. -No front desk after 3pm even earlier. All staff leave so if you have any problems your on your own. Rooms have only a mini fridge and safe. Since the hotel has no food options if you get food from outside make sure to bring cutlery as there is nothing in the room. No Coffee machine. -Safe is opened by key not code -No Douvet, for the price I pay i expect a blanket to actually have a COVER on it. its ligit a white douvet without any cover. Bedding is HORRIBLE -Take very quick showers as the hot water runs out fast -Use bottle water to brush teeth, the water is actually BROWN when it comes out at first therefore bottle water for brushing -Plugs are not safe, they need to add new plug covers. If you have kids be careful. POOL: -Not heated just be aware -JOKE, we have a child a three year old, paid for one of the most expensive rooms (LOVE) and we arent allowed to sit by the pool. Instead we are instructed to sit infront of our room which the view that i paid alot for was that of a wall and a door. YES A DOOR. I cannot entertain my three year old here, so essentially im left to stand and watch her as there was NO chair for me since i was told to sit infront of my room. this made me so mad, i was excited to lie by the pool and relax but instead i was instructed to sit infront of myroom which is BELOW the pool which had a wall view. THEY JUST WALKED INTO MY ROOM, I came into our room after a day or walking around the town to change and use the washroom, When I walked in i saw 4 men in my room, an AC unit haning off the ceiling and dust ALL OVER. I was instructed that teh AC unit was broken and to use the staff washroom. I grabbed my stuff and left. what is upsetting is that no one texted to notify us that they will enter our room. We have belonings there and we even told them not to clean our room that day. Secondly, the staff washroom,,, was a small room, stuffed with laundy which i had to squeeze myself between boxes to get into the toilet. The door didnt lock and pee was all over the seat. It was nasty, My daughter had an accident in the bed (she is three) and i cleaned up the sheets and put them into a ball to get it ready for cleaning. Sadly the mattress got wet too. I asked the hotel staff is she can give us new sheets. they took the mattress outside to air out, they didnt clean it but aired it out and put new sheets on it which is fine for me, but the next guests will be sleeping on pee. They left this mattress outside and told us that we cant use the chairs by the pool and that we have to stay infront of out room. I asked them if they can move the mattress away or bring it in sicne its blocking our view and we didnt want to lounge in our bathing suit with a mattress that had pee on it like RIGHT infront of us, i can stretch my arm out and i would be touching it. Its not much space in that little area. Breakfast: Nothing special. Eggs are ok, arrived cold. Nothing to rave about. NOT KID FRENDLY AT ALL,traveling with kids, DONT GO HERE. -
