This was our 3rd stay in falaraki and first in a so called 5*. How disapointing from arrival rude unfriendly recep staff rooms old dated our veiw was a large tree!, food was ok, best thing was its location, sister hotel nxt door apollo beach much nicer as a 4* family member stayed here food much better rooms nicer with freindly staff! We picked thd wrong hotel would never return.

Location Right by the sea on the edge of town and a kilometre from a little port where most of the tourist boats are. Overall The place leaks all over, there are towels and buckets everywhere. Some of the fittings do not fit the holes drilled for them. Room Spacious, a fridge and kettle is provided with two teabags and two coffees. There is ample space to hang clothing and spread out. Power Lots of sockets in the right places. WiFi The WiFi is good, but a limit to devices logged on. Bathroom The flush button is loose and the shower let's water in faster than the drain let's it out, since the bathroom is on the same leave as the shower it can easily flood. Bed The bed is two singles pushed together and very hard, like the sofa. Food The food was OK, lots for vegetarian options, and a good choice. Some of the breakfast options were odd, the egg on half a bap was sticky. A lot of the cups are chipped. Bar The pool bar is a great evening hang out, with friendly staff. Staff The staff could not be more helpful.

Beware of all inclusive deals, they do not include drinks. If u want a proper drink ,it cost u more it not inclouded I the deal ( a real con ) Food is o.k. and staff is good as is location in area also clean
