Lovely hotel

After reading some of the reviews on this hotel I was a little worried but there was no need to be, what a lovely hotel it was, great food everyday always something nice to eat, I would say its one of of the better all inclusive we have stayed at, it just could have done with a childrens section but hey not the end of the world, my kids always found something, our room was nice and cleaned daily with what looked like a newly fitted bathroom compared to where my parents stayed there bathroom was dated but clean, pool area was great with lovely pools we never got chance to visit the adults only Section with having 2 young children but that also looked very nice, what was disappointing was the kids Club my 5 year old was disappointed and didn’t like doing anything with them during the day as she said it was boring, she did like the Kids disco but again that was nothing special compared to what we have had in other hotels. Location of The hotel is Ok it’s a 5/10min walk to the beach where all The shops restaurants and bars are but do be aware the hotel is on a main road which isn’t ideal but there is subways you can walk threw or you can walk across the road there is some steps you can walk down, personally I don’t think the hotels position is great for familys with young children or the elderly with the main road and the amount of steps to get to the beach front, also a few steps all round the hotel not Ideal with a pram but this never put us off. Overall lovely hotel with a great manger who always greeted us with a smile he was there everyday all day and was never afraid To muck in and help staff when busy, so good to see as I’ve never seen that before he is a credit to the hotel. Overall I would stay at this hotel again

Nice hotel with great food &lovely pools

We have stayed recently on a family holiday. A spacious , clean compound with lovely pools where we had access for drinks the whole day. As an all inclusive, buffet were served with a variety of cuisines and freshly made Greet Gyros. Deserts were good with delicious and well-presented cakes as well as fresh fruits. The rooms were clean and were good-sized with a large bath room. Room service was provided daily, making the room clean and tidy. The staff were friendly and caring to customers. There were also gym, message and the fitness personal trainer facilities on site . The place was also kids-friendly. The hotel is 5-10 mins walking distant from the beech where there are many restaurants, souvenir shops and car rentals. The weak point was that there was no tea/coffee facilities in the room . I will rate this hotel as a lower end of 4* but it has potential to become a full 4* with some upgrades.

We were a party of 8 adults staying. We arrived at 1.30am and were firstly led into the restaurant where food and drink was available, which was very welcome. Rooms very basic had a fridge and hairdryer but no kettles. Housekeeping was hit and miss, we had to ask for towels and toilet paper which hadn't been replenished. This did arrive quickly. Pool area was nice, clean and plenty of sunbeds, there was a no reservation rule but we never saw this enforced. Buffet style food which was okay, all inclusive drinks were mainly local beer, ouzo and raki during the day with the evening bar offering local spirits. Check out was at 12, we left at 8pm and still had access to all facilities. Hotel was full when we left so we were unable to book a late check out. There was no curtesy room to get a shower though after checking out which did effect the last day and would make a big difference to those leaving on a late flight.
