It's a large resort complex with 2 (or 3?) swimming pools, restaurant, shops, a small beach. It's dated. The room was slightly dated too but acceptable. We had both dinner and breakfast there and while the selection is pretty good the quality of food is not great. All in all it's a mass tourism facility, not too expensive and you get what you pay for.

Needs updating. My room had ONE AC OUTLET! For a handicap accessible room my small wheelchair wouuldn'd fit between furniture. The bathroom didn't have the support bars, just a small bat on the wall only.

I must start by saying this hotel isn’t a five star resort BUT the pricing isn’t five star either so we were very pleased with it overall. The staff are lovely, very friendly and efficient at all times. The service was excellent throughout. The food was really good and alcoholic cocktails pretty strong. We’re British and loved that there weren’t many British people at the resort as it really made us feel like we were on holiday! The location is perfect, Sitia has a beautiful harbour with lots of lovely restaurants and bars. The beach is nice too. We hired a car so were able to explore Eastern Crete and it was gorgeous. Note the resort is a 2 hour drive from Heraklion airport but it was worth it.
