This hotel is located in the centre of Chania just 150 m from the wonderful local beach. This air-conditioned hotel offers a total of 84 rooms and features a spacious lobby, lifts and a 24-hour reception desk in addition to a TV room, a breakfast room, a cosy snack bar. Lovely hotel in a super position very close to the harbour but not as busy as the hotels on the front . Breakfast was excellent with freshly squeezed orange and lots of choice. Rooms comfortable and staff very helpful.

Visiting Chania after some time we decided to stay in Kriti hotel again since our first experience was very good. It was a great pleasure to find out that the hotel is even better than what I remembered. We booked a suite this time that had all the amenities of a higher star hotel! Everything was taken care of, room was extremely clean and cozy. Breakfast was excellent staff very friendly, helpful and polite. A great value for money hotel in the heart of the city of Chania.

Booked a Superior Sea View Double. Excellent. Very comfortable bed and linen. Duvet in wardrobe if needed. Good walk-in Shower Soft towels Excellent toiletries Over head Fan as well as Air Con so you have a choice. Wardrobe has in room safe free and small fridge plus 24 Hangers !! Small balcony looking down on street and Sea in 2 directions The street opposite to left has Large Saturday Fruit and veg market also the way to Supermarket There also a Mini market opposite to the right . If you follow this down to sea lots of good bars and Restaurants our favourite was turn right at bottom Blue sign MAXANAS much cheaper than town. The Town and shops are all within a short walk The bus station will take you anywhere. . The hotel staff were great always answered our questions gave advice on how to find places. The snack bar does a dish of the day and the wine is good. We ate there on our first night as too tired to go out. Delicious. Also had snacks by pool from there. The breakfast is fine and the staff clean up all the time and test temperature of Hot Food. Unfortunately there was a guest with a heavy cough No mask Coughing all over the food on our first day. Think she may have been asked to sit outside the next day. Our souvenir is heavy coughs from her We had a great trip The highlight was the Commonwealth War Graves at Souda Bay 12euro each way by Taxi. My tip if you want sun in your room and Balcony book a Pool view room. Perhaps not in the hight of summer. Great place to stay. Over 30years since we had been to Crete not Chania lots lovely memories .A Big thanks to all at the Kriti
