Proimos Maisonnettes is situated at the end of Platanias village, 100 m to the beach, 1 km to Platanias, 21 km to Chania Airport.

The hotel facilities include reception (limited hours), a swimming pool with a separate children's section, a snack bar, and a children's playground.

All 11 maisonettes comprise an equipped kitchenette, air-conditioning, telephone, safety box (extra charge), satellite TV, Wi-Fi, bathroom with hairdryer, and balcony or terrace. Baby cot is free of charge.
