While we had a good time, the hotel is not 5* as it has been advertised by TUI. The reception area looked simple, as did the rooms and gym. No luxury in any of those. The staff in the reception were unhelpful and lacked training. The cleaning staff would barely clean and would smoke around the buildings, so every corridor smelled like cigarettes (and the cleaning room itself). There were 3 pools working at the time (one adults only) and a closed area (not sure for what). The bars had drinks and food, it was ok. The restaurants were great! Amazing food, fresh, lots of variety and excellent staff. The chef and waiters tried to bring excellence to their work, to the point where the waiters knew our drink orders (a lady during lunch and a guy during dinner). The mini club was only open for a couple of hours a day and lacked air conditioning, and while the ladies working there were nice, it was obvious they lacked training to take care of kids (but they still treated every child very well and tried to do their job). Mini disco was a favourite. Two playgrounds but too hot to play during the day since those were right in the sun and the structure would get extremely hot. Great gardens, nice structure for sports, but little to no sports entertainment. Events entertainment were excellent! Shoutout to the manager, who got a great crew every evening. Lovey dancers, singers, everyone had a lovely time in the evening. The beach and nature around were beautiful, but stones on the sand made it impossible for us to enjoy the beach. I highly recommend renting a boat from Allegria. We rented a boat for a day and had a lovely time. Great views, nice surroundings, lovey support from the team and cheap service. All in all we enjoyed our vacation, but wouldn’t go back to the same hotel.

September 2022. booked in and shown to our room. Clean and tidy reasonable size and had balcony. Dreadful noise coming from pool area music as loud as can be "ring my bell" it certainly did and went to reception for a room change as Not for us and like peace and quiet, would not even have been able to read a book sitting on the balcony. I was explicitly told that NO rooms available for us to change. Mrs Christine Zepp ( Commercial Manager) in her email to Onthebeach stated she tried to contact us ? How and when? never received any contact from her at all, as she was able to change our room later??? She also states in her email that" she informed the guests that they could be moved to another room shortly afterward. the new room was located in another area of the hotel which we believe would have solved the issue. unfortunately, the lady was very determined to change hotels and could not be convinced despite all the effort our colleague made to make her not to leave the hotel" Utter lies and you should be ashamed of yourself Mrs Christine Zepp. I had NO contact from you or any other member of Staff and at any point did you or your Staff to say that our room could be changed. I was informed when requesting a room change that the music started early in the morning till late at night, so for my own sanity had to leave. I asked for my accommodation monies to be returned but you have NO interest in doing so. Our room was let out as there were towels on the balcony and I also have recordings of the "LOUD" music which is not explained in your description of the HOTEL. It also does not advise of the Club music from morning till late at night. Money grabbing disgusting lying staff You also state in a description 5 minutes to the sandy beach Yes 5 minutes but full of stones!!!!

This was a cheap deal that was too good to turn down honestly . The hotel was pretty empty as it was so late in the season but that didn’t bother us as we like it quiet Definitely not luxurious but ok all the same , food ok , cheap snd cheerful , wouldn’t return as it wasn’t for us - probably great for families in high season .
