The luxurious 5 star Corfu Holiday Palace Hotel has a standout setting on the tip of Kanoni Peninsula, overlooking the Ionian Sea and picturesque Mouse Island. Tucked behind pine and cypress trees is the hotel’s private patch of sand, where you are invited to soak up the Greek sunshine. Or, if you’d prefer to delve into the island’s rich history, Corfu Town’s ancient sights are just 4kms away.
The pool area is equally as impressive thanks to its raised terrace. You’ve got an excellent bar, serving up delicious cocktails and snacks, a choice of sunbathing spots in the gardens and by the water, as well as a children’s section that’s perfect for mini paddlers. There’s a funicular taking you down to the beach too if you want to cool off in the sea or stop by the hotel’s Brachera beach bar. Perched right on the oceanfront, it’s the perfect spot to grab everything from fresh juices to cold beers, sandwiches and one of the island's tastiest souvlakis from 10am till 6pm.
And there are plenty more places to indulge, including Eptanisa Restaurant, the main eatery. Here, Half Board guests will be served a buffet-style breakfast and dinner. Alongside Mediterranean classics, the hotel also lays on Italian, Greek, BBQ and seafood themed nights. If you’re after sea views and sushi, look no further than Kukutsi, with a skilled chef dishing up perfectly rolled maki and sashimi. La Veranda Fine Dining Restaurant & Bar is another gourmet option for local dishes paired with the finest Greek wines.
As for beverages, you can top yourself up with tasty cocktails, beers and snacks until 2am at Kefi Bar. During the day, the pool bar is your go-to for refreshing drinks, including cold coffees and fruit juices, as well as a bunch of light bites to keep you feeling full in between mealtimes.
Once you’re done indulging, why not work up a sweat with an exhilarating activity? Show off your racquet skills on the tennis courts, enjoy some aqua aerobics in the pool, or zen out with a yoga session. You’ve also got a certified Padi diving centre based at the hotel, so you can discover the island’s underwater beauty with the help of a professional. For even more sports, don’t forget to squeeze in a round of golf at the hotel’s championship course, which sits only 14km away, in a stunning location right in the heart of Ropa valley. Those who prefer to relax on holiday can reap the benefits of the spa, with its soothing treatments, steam room and nail salon. Or you could step up the pace in the fully equipped fitness room.
Room-wise, you’ll have a good choice here. Traditionally styled, with some chic features, families will love the spacious four-bed bungalows. While couples seeking something extra luxurious should book a suite with a shared pool. All stays at Corfu Holiday Palace Hotel are fully equipped with air conditioning, a private bathroom, TV, Wi-Fi and a furnished balcony or terrace, facing either the garden, pool, lake or sea.
If you decide to step away from your hotel for a bit of exploring, you’re in a great spot. Not only are you just a 10-minute drive from Corfu Airport, but history buffs are a short stroll to the beautiful Vlacherna Monastery. It’s one of the island’s most photographed views. And if that’s not enough sightseeing for one trip, Corfu Town’s UNESCO-listed charms are within easy driving distance - ready to greet you with beautiful churches, amazing museums and a cafe-lined colonnade.

Corfu Holiday Palace
The hotel was well situated and within walkable distance to Corfu town. We had a room on the 6th floor with a panoramic sea view. A bus was readily available and was a 10 minute journey to town centre. The facilities were excellent and the rooms were cleaned to a high standard. We had an enjoyable stay and staff were very helpful and friendly. The only thing we thought could be improved was the food at the evening meal, as we felt that there was a lack of variety and in some cases quality.
Nice stay but uncomortable bed
Overall stay was positive. The room (basic double) was spacious, looked nice, bathroom was modern with fancy new shower etc. Unfortunatelly although the bed was very big (2 x double beds joined together), the beds were very uncomfortable with a big hollow that we were falling into every night. The bed was the least pleasent part of the stay. One more thing I didn't like was the opening hours of the gym - 10-6. I couldn't use it early in the morning before the heat of the day or later in the evening when it was cooler either. The resturant was nice, good variety of food. The desserts could've been a bit nicer for example the cakes were made mainly from a cream with very little actual sponge cake in it. I'm vegatarion and had few options, apart from salads, mushrooms, beans etc, they were serving veggie burgers too. The swimming pool was lovely with an amazing view. The beach was nice too, although the water was not as clear as in other parts of the island. The landing planes were an attracion to watch from the beach. They have recycling bins outside the rooms which is a positive. They could be a bit more eco-friendly by not changing towels every day.
amazing hotel
When we arrived it was very late and for some reason room had only one double bed We have booked twin room ( two single beds ) that issue was resolved next day . After that, everything was excellent we have booked half board . It was my first holiday with that option ( normally I stay in private accommodation) But I am confident to say it was best decision to make! food was delicious , staff were friendly and very helpful especially hotel boy called Nacer .The hotel is in a excellent location with amazing views!!! The swimming pool was lovely and also the private beach! on top of that we been told that we are entitled to free dinner on our last day . we had to leave room at 11 o'clock ( check out time ) but we were allowed to stay at swimming pool / beach all day long ( our flight was at 8 pm ) Definitely we will stay again and recommend the hotel to our friends and family.
