You are welcomed to try on traditional clothing before accompanying Ida to the local markets in Brufut Heights to buy fresh ingredients like spices and fresh vegetables. Ida will then teach an easy to follow cooking lesson where you'll learn to make traditional meals like Yassa and Domoda.
Lunch is served and eaten together and is the time to learn more about their cultural values and exchange stories from your own.
