The grounds on this resort is so beautiful! Loved all the cute little touches throughout the resort. It’s Very clean and well maintained. Big shoutout to all the bartenders and dinner servers. They were super nice with us. Also we had a butler!! Which was very cool so big thank you to Albi. He made our stay so easy.

Great stay for the price. We had a wonderful week. If you are fortunate enough to get Eddy “ solutions” as your butler you will want for nothing. He worked very hard to help us with a couple issues we couldn’t get resolution to or a response from our butler. The food was pretty good overall and if you get your drinks from the Level bar they are very good. The girls during the day were fabulous and made the best Pina Colada’s I have ever had. Adriana was a hoot and we loved her. Bring a yeti or cup, the cups and straws provided are paper and small . This was our 4th trip to Bavaro Beach and it is generally beautiful. They are having a seaweed issue but work hard to keep it cleaned up. The pools were nice and towels were abundant. Bring a floaty with you as they don’t supply them. The room was clean and had what we needed but no washcloths as is common in the DR. The towels are raggedy and need to be replaced. We were in building 7 and did not have Tv until 5 days in. We were told the building has connection issues. Favorite restaurant was Vietnamese and ala cart. Overall it was a great trip. There are always things that could be better and we have paid much more at other resorts and gotten less. The people here make the experience. Many people we met have been coming here for 20- 30 years and keep coming back. They are treated like family and give the same in return. Don’t let the negative reviews keep you from trying it.

This was the most terrible experience I’ve ever experienced on vacation. After paying extra for a room we did not receive, the staff was incredibly rude, unhelpful & disrespectful. The website falsely advertises what is included such as the amount of places you can actually eat their horrible food at, and the amenities you think you have access to but do not. Although the beach is beautiful, you have not more than 5 minutes at a time before you are repeatedly harassed by venders. To top it off, everyone we met also staying here had the exact thoughts and awful experiences that my friends and I had. I can’t stress enough how important it is that you spend your money at any other resort in the DR except this one. I’ve never wasted so much money and time on a trip and am deeply disappointed.
