Builders arrived during our week. We were not warned about.

Very disappointed we were not warned there would be repair work scheduled. Day 3 and 9 builders appeared by pool area 2 trucks parked up. Sunbeds wee moved aside ans scaffolding was erected up tovthe roof. They moved us to a different room which was hasselt repacking again. Still from the new room we could hear and see the builders at work . Also gardeners then arrived digging up flags with a pneumatic drill. They didn't tell us beforehand that this was going to happen, they said it was emergency which I don't believe. If they had told us we would not have booked . Spoilt it for for us.

Overall a great hotel in a very good location for enjoying what Kato Paphos / Harbour has to offer. As other reviewers have said the Anemi Hotel / Apartments are spotlessly clean with dedicated staff obviously taking pride in their work. Swimming pool indoor and out also impeccably clean. We didn’t use the spa, sauna or steam room so unable to comment but were shown around by staff who worked there. All staff were polite and pleasant and again immaculate in appearance. Breakfast buffet was very good for the money - €12 per person for 1 or 2 days but for 3 or more consecutive days the price was reduced to €10 per person on what’s called a flexi plan. My only negative comment would be some rooms look over a residential area with a nightclub ( called “Loft Club” ) and on a Friday and Saturday night you could clearly hear loud music well into the early hours. Would definitely return to this hotel but ask for a pool view facing room to hopefully avoid the nightclub noise.

You all were fantastic and helping me to endjoy every part of my beautiful treatments . Dear Andry specially thank you for encouraging me and helping me to choose the right treatments. You really help me and brought back my joy as the year past was very difficult for me as i have lost my dear husband .... Thanks again , you are all fantastic! Mrs D Smith
