Horrific steer clear

We booked with thomascook.com arrived Saturday 11th February 2023 we booked in and where then taken over the road to another building which is not like any of the photos. We booked an apartment each we went in and it is horrible no cooker no kettle no toaster no cups nor crockery a filthy bed with filth all over the walls no hot water coming out the shower the heating does not work and it gets cold here at night. I complained to thomascook.com but they have not been any help. Do not book this place it will be a holiday from Hell like we are experiencing

The worst experience ever

The worst experience ever, rude service, there was only cold water in the tap, no chance to shower after traveling. we asked the host at the front desk, didn't know what to do, we called OnTheBeach and registered a complaint as the office was closed. The next day we asked the front desk for help again, someone came and turned on the button in the wall and said there would be hot water in an hour. 3 hours later it was still cold. we got in the car and looked for another hotel, we moved the next day. when we moved out the hotel manager was still absent and the reception staff were rude and disrespectful. Additionally fungus on the wall in the bathroom, stains on the bedding, no magnetic card for the door, simple lock on the door, no security, the door can be kicked open, black from the dirt of the air conditioning overgrown with dust. Loud-behaving refugees live in the hotel, but noone care. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL AVOID IT AT ALL.

Horrible, it's not worth the price. Dirty rooms and terrible staff.

The staff were incredibly rude, all of them (except Jeanette-ish, don't remember her name). - Dirty disgusting rooms. Was NOT cleaned. The covers on the pillows made me want to puke. Pictures on the website was not what we got. - Broken windows - aka anyone could have broken in and raped or robbed us. And the window in the bathroom was unclosable as well. - No small towels. Then we got some (day four...) - they were dirty (the big ones were dirty as well, and smelled wierd). Dirty curtains as well. - Tap broken. Toilet constantly running. Refrigerator half broken. Oh almost forgot, the air con also struggled a bit. And the water boiler. A and the shower head thing, where you put it while you shower - broken as well. Their cleaning? She took out the trash and mopped a third of the room with a dirty mop. Did she only come by once during the 8 days we were there - yup.
