Arrived late on the evening. Check in was very smooth even though the man on reception was a bit rude and abrupt. Arrived at our room and was very pleased. Quite small and basic for 2 adults, child and baby but did the job! Opened our French doors on a patio area and pool. Fantastic room for us meant we could put the baby to sleep and have a swim etc. pools were very nice and there were games, exercise classes. Wasn’t overly busy. Some life guards (if you could call them that) were ridiculous. 2/3 young girls smoking, too busy trying to look pretty but would then scream at the kids. Great location was in walking distance to all the shops, pubs, bars etc. hotel was quiet and relaxing. No drinks falling about even though we were a stones through from the famous strip! We did have a walk up there but was empty (think we were a bit early). Nice atmosphere, didn’t go into any clubs but nice to have a look around. We travelled to Nissi beach for a couple of hours. Was lovely, try and bring some drinks and good with you as the beach bars are quite expensive. Good at the hotel was quite basic and minimal but very clean surfaces and food was edible. Struggled a bit for my gluten free son as the risk of contamination was too high. A few times we asked for food to be freshly prepared for him, very limited choice and chef was a bit rude. Waiter (can’t remember name) was brilliant though. So friendly and hardworking. We did find a couple of cockroaches in the room but they were dead. Lovely coastal walk going in both directions. The only downside is the water park, it was really busy and there was like 3 rings for the whole park which meant most of the time you was standing around waiting for one. All in all would return

Villa rooms very nice and clean, we had our room cleaned daily, some areas of the hotel need improvements, especially where darts were played and kids club. Pool big enough and clean, same for water park. Breakfast was the weakest point, very average, to the point we started skipping it. Lunches were OK and dinners were good. Very disappointed with all inclusive alcohol, they were so weak you could taste only the cheap mixers. Non alcoholic cocktails were just two randomly mixed 'juices' , every time they looked and tasted differently, had nothing to do with the menu provided. Overall good stay.

The staff are great always polite and smile. I want also thank Margaret Jania animator for the great pool sport and joga :) ! Only food could be more varied… views of Ayia Napa are breathtaking :) :) :)
