Nelia Beach
Nelia Beach is an All Inclusive hotel in Ayia Napa on the southeast coast of Cyprus. Ayia Napa is known for the sandy shores and calm waters found at the resort's Blue Flag beaches. It's a popular area, particularly among groups, and its vibrant nightlife has earned the town the title of Cyprus's party capital. Nelia Beach is next to a beach, which is accessible by a footpath. The hotel overlooks Grecian Bay. It has an outdoor swimming pool with another smaller pool for kids. Nelia Beach has a restaurant where you can enjoy breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks. Hot and cold drinks are served at the hotel's bar. The hotel's dÈcor is simple yet modern. Nelia Beach is a family-friendly hotel offering a number of ways to keep both adults and children entertained. Kids can make friends in the playground or games room, while you relax by the poolside. Because the hotel is so close to the beach, it makes spending a day there easy. Its clear waters make it popular with those who enjoy snorkelling, or the more active can take a stroll or a jog along the coastline. Ayia Napa's small harbour is also a short walk away from the hotel.
Nelia Beach is 200m from the nearest beach, Grecian Bay, and 150m from a small harbour, which has kept its traditional charm. The area is filled with restaurants and taverns to enjoy day or night. There's also the opportunity to try traditional Mediterranean food, including fresh local seafood dishes. The main centre is 700m from the hotel. For those looking to shop or check out the nightlife, Monastery Square is home to a host of shops, bars and nightclubs. Ayia Napa is famed for its nightlife, so expect to find a choice of bars and clubs without venturing too far.
The buffet restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. There's ice cream for the kids available at lunch and dinner. Snacks such as burgers and pizza are available between meals. Hot and cold drinks are available in the hotel's bar until late in the evening.
You can enjoy a game of table tennis or visit the hotel's gym. The surrounding area also offers plenty of opportunities to socialise or stay active.
Nelia Beach's rooms are simply furnished with whitewashed walls. All rooms have air conditioning and TVs with a range of satellite channels.

Autumn sun break for family plus older kids
The hotel is very clean, the staff still fairly cheerful despite the very long season they have just worked, breakfast fantastic range, snack bar awesome(table service no snotty fingers from the kids poking the food) evening meal superb, meat top quality, pork, beef chicken daily always fresh some cooked to order deserts great too.. Drinks all inclusive lager aweful even with lime, but plenty of choice, only niggle really is kids entertainment... Its dire, no clubs as such, table tennis table broke, bat's broke, pool table but cues broke, balls missing and nothing really for them to do, pool was ice cold so didnt spend long as usual in pool area, 28'c daily during our visit, pool needs a heater. Beach 8 mins walk and is superb, hotel has a section, awesome beds free towels sea was warm, perfect location for daily boat trips harbour 10 mins max walk, safe feeling resort, clean streets If you want a lazy chill week in October and kids are 16 plus then this is deffo one for you, if kids are younger then you might do a little better, but overall outstanding visit.
Great hotel and location.
Mid Oct Jet2 stay with age 12 & 14 kids. Unlucky to have a few stormy days ( with typhoon!) but otherwise had a lovely stay. Booked a Family room ( non-sea view)- v.comfy beds. Thankfully 2xsingles rather then advertised double given for the kids. Long, but thin balcony and as facing another hotel block, was dark so only used for drying towels etc. Good air con, bed sheets and towels changed every day. Emailed before trip to arrange late check out. €40 until 6pm and we’ll worth it as enjoyed our last full day knowing can shower and pack later. €2 per day for safe hire. All staff were lovely. Always seemed busy but relaxed which puts guests at ease too. Pool area-never needed to rush for sun beds. Always spare on mezzanine level. Cool water but first foreign non-heated pool our kids have used, including the lovely indoor pool downstairs which is free to use for hotel guests but again cold and no inflatables allowed ( obviously pay extra for treatments/steam/sauna). Only toilets are downstairs but very clean with showers/changing room. All inclusive-food was lovely, different theme every night. Always fresh and loads of choice. Kids very happy with pancakes, waffles, danishes and chocolate sauces every day for breakfast! Whereas I loved the fresh fruits, porridge, decent filter coffee and loads of hot choices. Location is great-lovely harbour for evening walks and only a couple of mins from all tourist shops, restaurants and supermarkets. Beach near hotel-have to walk around hotel to access and must pay €2.5 per lounger/parasol to sit. Just walk east along beach for few mins and free to put own towel down, less rocky access and public showers/toilets changing rooms. Really clear water but very few fish for Snorkling. Day trips did from hotel- Waterworld (15 euro taxi each way) Expensive but went 2 days as second visit free. Took our ( hidden under towels) snacks and lots of water. Walked 20 mins from hotel to free sculpture and cactus park ( good toilets on top main road, drinking water fountains and benches but no shade) Nemo submarine glass bottom boat -€44 for family (cheapest we could find) , 2 hour 11am daily tour from harbour with swim stop. Good but rough waters due to recent storm so didn’t see much. Would recommend Nelia beach to any age group and would love to come back.
Fabulous hotel
Really enjoyed staying here. We arrived very late and having paid for the day we thought there may be some food left out for us but we were given a tasteless pre wrapped croissant. The room we were allocated was nice enough but the balcony was so small and over looked a wall and some discarded loungers. Not a great start! However the next day things improved and we were given a new room which was much better. The drinks were fine- typical of all in inclusive. The food was excellent. The best all inclusive food we have had. Nights are themed - Mediterranean night was our favourite! Loungers by the pool are comfy.. we did have to get up early to get a bed where we wanted but there were plenty.. I would imagine it would be very busy in summer. The pool was cold but refreshing! The location is excellent. 5-10 minute walk into the centre. Plenty of taxis available if you want to venture further afield. The beach is a couple of minutes walk but we preferred Nissi beach as the sea is so clear there. The hotel and grounds are very clean. The staff are very quick to tidy up so flies/insects are not a problem. Would stay again!
