Loutsiana is a family-run apartments situated on the outskirts of Ayia Napa enjoying a quiet location that provides a friendly and relaxed environment. They have been undertaking major renovations the past few years that have brought the facilities and rooms up to a high standard. Some rooms have a fully equipped kitchenette with kettle, mini fridge and a toaster. They also fully air-conditioned and come with a large balcony or terrace, free Wi-Fi and an LCD TV. Between the beautiful gardens is the large swimming pool which operates from8:00 – 20:00 so customers can enjoy a piece of paradise during the warm summer months. BBQ night followed by live music every Saturday and theme nights during the week is what customers are waiting for enjoying a variety of traditional dishes followed by a lot of dancing and drinking.

Down to Earth. Low key atmosphere. Nice staff. Within walking distance to Makronisos beach (which provides snorkeling opportunity) with both sand and rocks, multiple restaurants and several mini supermarkets, where you can shop for your homemade meals if desired. App. 55-ish km from the airport (Larnaca) (a taxi for 2 is cheaper than most hotel shuttle services) and a short taxi trip to Aya Napa - the closest town - that offers clubbing, shopping and very nice restaurants.

The hotel was wonderful located in silence country site with an amaizing view at the sea the hotel service was very helpful and fantastic especialy Ania ,thank you....Best regards Lucy and Darek The main advantage was the warm and clear water in the sea moreover the beautiful Macronisos Beach on the other hand the swimming pool was the main disadvantage opened at 9.00 too late.

Family of 5 first time to Cyprus. And the best holiday ever. If your thinking of booking.. do it! Apartments are spacious, comfortable and spotless! Cleaner comes in everyday and gives you fresh towels. The hotel grounds are beautiful and well kept. Location is good, not too far out & has a water park 5 minutes walk away. There’s a supermarket couple of minutes walk away and a couple of nice restaurants. Also a bus stop right outside which runs every 15 minutes. It’s not far to walk into the centre and taxis are also reasonably priced. You have a choice of beaches and wow they are amazing.. Clear waters and water sports on everyone. But the best thing about staying here is the staff! The team here are out of this world.. it’s a family run hotel and you get that feeling and you can see why people come back time after time! Sophie is an absolute credit to the team, we all loved her. Especially our 7 year old who cried herself to sleep the last night after saying goodbye to her. I’d also highly recommended the yellow submarine tour! Great value and fun for all ages. We can’t wait to go back next year! Thank you all at Loutsiana for making our holiday outstanding! We can’t wait to see you all again next year.
